REVIEW : Benefit Fake Up

Benefit Fake Up - John Lewis £18.50*

Fake Up is a new concealer by Benefit. It has crease control and a hydrating formula with vitamin E and apple-seed extract!

The concealer is designed to hide dark circles and diffuse fine lines. The concealer is through the middle of a moisture which is how it is so moisturising and this is what stops the formula from creasing. You can apply fake up over your make up for touch ups throughout the day or under your foundation in the morning.

I like to apply it over the face in my problem areas like my cheeks and forehead aswell as the under eye and then buff that in with a brush and then apply my foundation and if i've missed anywhere I just apply more on top.

The concealer is a stick design so it's very easy to use! You can just sweep it across the face for a very easy concealment. This also means its great to just pop in your bag for as and when you need it!

Fake Up is a great product it lasts all day and gives great coverage. I know £18.50 is expensive for a concealer but its a normal price for a Benefit product, it is a great product and even though I wouldn't normally spend that much on a concealer I would buy this product again and would recommend it. Make sure you have a little play around with the shades even though there isn't a great deal of difference the medium is quite dark and I would say most people would benefit getting the light to brighten the eye area up even more.
