LIFESTYLE: WHAT I TAKE TO THE GYM

So a couple of weeks ago I joined back at the gym. I've been really motivated and lost some weight which i'm really happy about. I thought i'd show you a few bits and pieces that I bring along to the gym with me.

Clothes: I was kindly invited along to a New Balance event in London, which you can read about here. I was given the opportunity to personalise my own pair of New Balance trainers*. These are so comfy and perfect for the gym! I have a pair of Puma 3/4 length leggings, which are just Black and boring. I also have this grey racer back vest which is easy to wear, I also have this in a t-shirt.
My Panache sports bra is a recent purchase, I got it from Bravissimo, I went for a usual bra size and it's just so comfy! I love the colour and it gives a really nice shape under clothes. You can get £5 off all full price sports bras in Bravissimo throughout January. I love my Ipanema flip flops*, they are so comfy. I bring these to wear as I walk around the pool, you can read my review here.

Bags: Look at this amazing travel jewellery roll*, It's from Ted Baker and you can get it here from Flamingo Gifts it's such a clever idea, it keeps all your jewellery together and safe! My make up bag is also Ted Baker, it's such a good size and fits everything I need in. It's a waterproof material aswell so it's safe in my bag after i've been swimming. I love this backpack from Spiral * it's just so unique. They do different galaxy prints aswell as other patterns. The backs so spacious, making it perfect for the Gym! I can fit everything in, it has a pocket on the front and one inside for things like your phone. It also has a laptop compartment which I think is really handy!

Gadgets: I listen to music on my phone as I workout so I picked up one of these really handy arm strap things off Amazon. Its okay, I feel like it gets in the way of some workouts abit but its handy. I think it was like £2. I picked up one of these Polar heart monitor watches aswell this week, i've only used it once so far, so I will review it properly once i've used it a few more times but my first impressions are good! It's very handy and so accurate. It allows you to see if your working out properly and tells you how many calories your burning. I got mine here from Amazon.

Beauty Products: Obviously deodrant, I really don't get on with roll on so I always go for spray on. This week I'm using soft and gentle, i'm quite fussy with deodrant because I have sensitive skin but I find this works well. I also bring this Victoria Secret body spray/perfume called such a flirt, it smells amazing and i've actually had people ask me what spray i'm using because it's so nice. I also bring along my Victoria Secret body lotion, in Coconut Passion, which smells amazing, it rubs into the skin really easy and fast. I was given these Anovia products at a blog event, I haven't tried them out yet but i've popped them into my bag to try them out! I have this Elizabeth Arden Exfoliating cleanser to cleanse my skin and get all the dirt and makeup out of my pores. I also bring my Touch of Silver conditioner, it's one of my favourite conditioners and comes in this handy sized bottle.  Carmex, to keep my lips moisturised. This is so handy to just keep in the front pocket of my bag. I also bring along my Air Motion Pro HairBrush, its just so handy, it gets out knots so easily and works well with wet hair, you can read my review here.

*Some of these products have been sent to me for consideration. I have featured them in an honest way and have not been paid compensation to feature them.

WHATS IN MY MAKE UP BAG 2015

So I haven't done a what's in my make up bag post for awhile, these are products I tend to use everyday. I have other products that I use aswell but these are just some of the main ones i've been using recently.
Foundation: YSL Fusion Ink ( read my review here) I love this foundation, this is my third bottle of it. Its such a nice light natural base with good coverage.
Concealer: I've been using a mixture of concealers, of course Collection Lasting perfection concealer, its loved by all beauty bloggers, great coverage for a great price and Clarins instant light eye perfecting base which brightens the eye area.
Topshop Glow is an amazing highlighter, I use it to highlight my cheekbones, cupids bow and the arch of my eyebrow.
Eyes: I've been using the Topshop Kohl liner, it's so good. You can buy it for £4 which is a bargain, it's so easy to use, I usually have quite sensitive eyes but i've had no problems with this.
I've been using the Eye of Horus Liquid liner, ( read my review here) which is such a good liner really easy to use.
I've been using this Mememe Lash Attack mascara* that I was given at a blog event, I find its great at lengthening the lashes, I usually apply another mascara over the top to add volume.
Naked Palette- I love my Naked Palette, I actually own two of the first Naked Palette because i've used up loads of shades and it's just such a great product to have. I also have the Naked 3 palette so I tend to switch it up depending on whether I want brown eyeshadows or pinks. I've also included this Mac eyeshadow which I blogged about here yesterday.
Another must have in my make up bag is the Urban Decay Potion Primer, I use this every single day without fail, even if i'm just off to the gym, not only does it make your eyeshadow last longer, but I think it makes your eyeshadow look better, more pigmented and stronger.
Brows: Finally, I've been using the Hi Impact Brows palette for my brows, inside theres 4 different shades for your brows. Its really easy to use. Lasts all day long and doesn't smudge, such a great product. I would repurchase this again, you can buy it here
Blusher: Clint bought me this amazing Nars palette for Christmas, inside is a highlighting blush, 3 pinky blushers and the laguna bronzer, I use this basically everyday! It's so good, it's actually SOLD OUT now though.

All of this lives in my gorgeous mint Ted Baker wash bag! I've been using my Spectrum Collections brushes lots aswell so i'll be reviewing these very soon!

REVIEW: MAC EYESHADOW EXPENSIVE PINK

Say hello to my first mac eyeshadow! I don't know why i've never ordered one before but just after Christmas I decided to treat myself. I went for expensive pink which is this gorgeous dark pink with gold shimmery undertones. I've been using it sooo much. It's great for those days when your in a hurry and don't have time to make a big effort with your eyeshadow. This is really easy to apply and looks great just on its own. When I have a little more time I like to add a lighter shade to brighten the inside of the eye. I also like to add a darker shade to create a smokey eye. This is a great shade to go along side the Urban Decay Naked 3 palette because of all the lovely pinks. The pigments are good, it applies easily and you don't need too much product it builds up easily aswell. I'm really tempted to order some more eyeshadows, maybe even make my own pro palette.

Is there any colours you would recommend?  Whats your favoutite Mac products ?

REVIEW: FUDGE URBAN ICED RASPBERRY AND VANILLA HAIRSPRAY

I've been using Fudge Urban hairspray for a couple of months now and thought i'd share my thoughts with you. I recently heard of Fudge Urban just before Christmas, a few bloggers were raving about their products so I thought i'd give them ago. I picked up this hairspray to try, I don't really use hairspray that much but I always have some for when I wear my hair up and when I curl my hair.
This hair spray smells amazing, like seriously its soo good. It has a decent hold but leaves the hair feeling soft. It stops frizz and fly away hairs aswell which is good. It retails at £4.99 but I picked it up on offer, they had 1/3 off fudge products and i've seen it on offer a few times so i'd keep an eye open incase its ever on offer again. I would recommend it, it's a product, good hold and smells gorgeous but leaves hair looking natural.

Avaliable at boots and superdrug.

REVIEW: CAT RING HOLDER

Isn't he cute! I was kindly sent this little fella to review on my blog. It's a ring holder! Such a clever gift idea for any cat lover! It's pretty straight forward you just hook your rings onto his tail so you don't loose them. He has a nice bit of weight to him and looks really lovely on my table next to my other jewellery storage. He's just such a cute cat, my mom loves it!

You can get your own cat ring holder here on www.flamingogifts.co.uk  for only £7.95*

LIFESTYLE: TRAVELLING

Since I was about 10, maybe a little older i've always gone on holiday. Every year whether it be with my parents or now i'm older with my boyfriend. I love holidays, i've always wondered whether i'd enjoy going travelling for a year or so but I don't think i'm confident and if i'd be able to do it. It's something I think about doing alot though. For now though i'm sticking to my holidays, last year I went to Tenerife and Gran Canaria which are both part of the Canary Islands. I had an amazing time, I really like the Canaries because they are so pretty but have amazing weather all year round. I'd love to do some city breaks and do some sightseeing aswell. I think i'd love to go to Amsterdam or Prague somewhere cute where I can ride a gondola. I think i'd also like a try a cruise, my parents don't really like the idea of being stuck on a boat so i've never been on one before however I think they are a great way to travel and see different places. I always imagine Cruises being really luxurious. Theres so many different places you can go! You can literally travel all over the world. Fred Olsen offer a huge number of Cruises from the UK This year i'm going to Florida, for two weeks of theme parks and shopping, i'm so excited. I'm hoping to maybe go on another holiday later on in the year but I don't know where to go! Where do you like to travel on holiday? Have you ever been on a cruise or travelling and do you have any tips ?

LIFESTYLE: HEALTHY EATING

If you follow me on instagram then you'll probably have noticed there's been an awful lot of salad pictures from me this week, i'm trying to loose weigh and get fit and healthy so I have made some drastic changes to my diet and lifestyle.

FOOD:  I love food, burgers, chips and pizzas, pudding is one of my biggest downfalls and I tend to find myself snacking. I've cut it all out! I'm just eating salad and chicken really, i've had a few wraps (low fat) and omelettes just to change things up a little. I've been experimenting with my salad, adding grapes, beetroot, apple etc. Also we went for a meal out the other night because it was getting late and we were going to the cinema and I had a lovely salad from Coast to Coast, so again making changes to eating out. We normally eat out a few nights of the week but we went out only once last week and I think we're eating out tonight so that's it for this week. I've bought some yoghurts to have after dinner to stop me craving snacking. I've also cut down the number of sugars I have in my tea and hope to completely cut this out!

FITNESS: I've joined the gym, and i've been hitting it pretty hard. We've been 6 times over the last week (7 days) which I think is great, I really lack in motivation but I seem to be enjoying the gym and working out and my new lifestyle which for me is great. I've been doing a mixture of the cardio machines eg tredmill, rowing, bike and crosstrainer with some of the machines and weights. After the gym we've been going for a swim aswell. The other night we did the aqua aerobics which was really good and tired me and clint out! I've been looking into the other classes and want to take part in those aswell. I've also downloaded an app called 7 which is so intense, there's 12 steps to the workout and you do one after another so its really fast but hard. I've been walking aswell, just to the bus stop, which is a good 15 minutes away and the local supermarket which is a good 20-25 minute walk.

I've been using the My Fitness Pal app to keep track of my exercising and what i'm eating which is a great app. I've also downloaded Pacer which is a step counter, but I never really carry my phone around in my pocket so it's not that reliable. I found out my normal pedometer aswell so I'll be tracking my steps using that.

Is there anything thing else you guys would recommend or anything else I should be doing etc?
