REVIEW: BRAVADO BODY SILK SEAMLESS NURSING BRA

Today's post is a review of these Nursing bras from a brand called Bravado* who specialise in Maternity and Nursing bras. To be honest I wasn't very sure if these would fit me as I have very big boobs but was happy to give them a go and I thought they would come in handy for in the house and through the night if they were a little snug.

Before I was pregnant I was wearing a 30FF and i'm now 27 weeks and already wearing 34GG, i'm still wearing wired bras and having them regularly checked at Bravissimo but finding towards the end of the day they are feeling uncomfortable and I just want to take my bra off. I have been reaching for these non-wired bras whilst i'm at home so that i'm getting a little bit of support.

I opted for the Seamless nursing bra in Latte as this is a very nude shade and I though this would work well under lighter colours which it does. I like that the cups are very smooth and seamless so they are really easy to wear under t-shirts. These have nursing clips which will be perfect for when baby is here as I plan on breastfeeding. In the mean time i've been wearing these around the house on my days off or when I get home from work as they are so comfortable. The straps adjust really easily so you can tighten or loosen them to your desired length. The material is really soft and stretchy so it moulds to your shape.

I've also got the same style in the grey Yoga version which again is so so comfy and really easy to wear as it sits smooth under my clothes. You get a little lift and a nice round shape which I like as sometimes with non-wired styles I think the shape can be pointy.

I've been wearing both styles at home and i've been shopping and to my parents wearing them and honestly they are so comfy and give a little support. My boobs are big so I'm still wearing my wired bras for work and if i'm out for a while as I feel like I need that bit more support but these are great when I just want to be comfortable.

When your boobs are fluctuating it's good to opt for a non-wired bra as it's safer so towards the end of my pregnancy and when i'm nursing I will be wearing non-wired bras all the time and I would recommend the Bravado ones as they are really comfy and easy to wear. They have a good selection of colours, I would say they are practical and not that pretty but most nursing bras are very plain anyway.

Overall i'm really happy with these, the material is really soft and I think they will last well. I will probably buy a couple in the next size as I'm wearing the L and they fit me well now but I expect my boobs will get bigger towards the end of my pregnancy and when baby is here and my milk comes in properly. Based on their size chart I only needed a M so I would say to size up as I went for the L and it fits perfectly. Obviously as baby isn't here yet I haven't been using the Nursing clips but i'll let you know how I get on when i'm using this style for nursing.

LIFESTYLE: WHAT I TAKE TO THE GYM

So a couple of weeks ago I joined back at the gym. I've been really motivated and lost some weight which i'm really happy about. I thought i'd show you a few bits and pieces that I bring along to the gym with me.

Clothes: I was kindly invited along to a New Balance event in London, which you can read about here. I was given the opportunity to personalise my own pair of New Balance trainers*. These are so comfy and perfect for the gym! I have a pair of Puma 3/4 length leggings, which are just Black and boring. I also have this grey racer back vest which is easy to wear, I also have this in a t-shirt.
My Panache sports bra is a recent purchase, I got it from Bravissimo, I went for a usual bra size and it's just so comfy! I love the colour and it gives a really nice shape under clothes. You can get £5 off all full price sports bras in Bravissimo throughout January. I love my Ipanema flip flops*, they are so comfy. I bring these to wear as I walk around the pool, you can read my review here.

Bags: Look at this amazing travel jewellery roll*, It's from Ted Baker and you can get it here from Flamingo Gifts it's such a clever idea, it keeps all your jewellery together and safe! My make up bag is also Ted Baker, it's such a good size and fits everything I need in. It's a waterproof material aswell so it's safe in my bag after i've been swimming. I love this backpack from Spiral * it's just so unique. They do different galaxy prints aswell as other patterns. The backs so spacious, making it perfect for the Gym! I can fit everything in, it has a pocket on the front and one inside for things like your phone. It also has a laptop compartment which I think is really handy!

Gadgets: I listen to music on my phone as I workout so I picked up one of these really handy arm strap things off Amazon. Its okay, I feel like it gets in the way of some workouts abit but its handy. I think it was like £2. I picked up one of these Polar heart monitor watches aswell this week, i've only used it once so far, so I will review it properly once i've used it a few more times but my first impressions are good! It's very handy and so accurate. It allows you to see if your working out properly and tells you how many calories your burning. I got mine here from Amazon.

Beauty Products: Obviously deodrant, I really don't get on with roll on so I always go for spray on. This week I'm using soft and gentle, i'm quite fussy with deodrant because I have sensitive skin but I find this works well. I also bring this Victoria Secret body spray/perfume called such a flirt, it smells amazing and i've actually had people ask me what spray i'm using because it's so nice. I also bring along my Victoria Secret body lotion, in Coconut Passion, which smells amazing, it rubs into the skin really easy and fast. I was given these Anovia products at a blog event, I haven't tried them out yet but i've popped them into my bag to try them out! I have this Elizabeth Arden Exfoliating cleanser to cleanse my skin and get all the dirt and makeup out of my pores. I also bring my Touch of Silver conditioner, it's one of my favourite conditioners and comes in this handy sized bottle.  Carmex, to keep my lips moisturised. This is so handy to just keep in the front pocket of my bag. I also bring along my Air Motion Pro HairBrush, its just so handy, it gets out knots so easily and works well with wet hair, you can read my review here.

*Some of these products have been sent to me for consideration. I have featured them in an honest way and have not been paid compensation to feature them.

REVIEW: FREYA DECO CHARM PLUNGE BRA AND BRIEF

FREYA DECO CHARM BRA £36.00* AND BRIEF £14.00* - BRAS GALORE

I know so many people that rave on about the Deco so I had to try it for myself, I actually got the new leopard print one which is also avaliable on Bras Galore you can read my review here. Freya Deco Rebel i'm now addicted I love the deco its such a great bra! You get the best shape and a great cleavage.

The Deco charm is this gorgeous bright pink colour with a purple lace trim. It's available in sizes up to a GG and has the clip on the back so you can turn it into a racer back. The deco is a great bra, it gives a great cleavage and is perfect for younger girls with big boobs.

The Deco is a plunge bra so its lower at the front making it perfect for low cut tops / vests/ cami's and it gives a great rounded shape. I love it, its one of my favourite bras. I always get compliments on my boobs when i'm wearing my Deco.

The Deco comes in so many different colours and patterns that there is one for everyone, they come in your everyday colours aswell, I really need to pick up a nude one.

The Deco Charm is such an amazing colour, i've gone a little crazy about pink recently so I had to have it. The bottoms are soo comfy!

The bra is £36.00 which I think is reasonable, it's a very good quality bra, the material is of a nice quality and the bra feels sturdy. I always hand wash my bras as instructed and I feel this makes them last longer.

9 BRAS THAT EVERY GIRL NEEDS

  • I received an Aerie gift card as part of my relationship with the Quality Blue Community.  All opinions expressed are my own.

Until recently I didn't have a clue about different bras, I actually work in a bra shop now so I know all of the different types of bras, I know how a bra should fit you and what bras will work for certain shapes but I speak to so many ladies that don't have a clue about the different styles or shapes of bras so this mini infographic by Aerie is very helpful. This infographic tells you what bras are good if you have a fuller bust or if you don't know what bra you should pick for a low cut top. Theres alot of usefull information to help women pick the right bra. I have alot of plunge bras because I wear alot of low cut tops and I find they work well with my shape, I have big full boobs so a plunge bra is great at creating a clevage. The infographic is great because its there for women who need help deciding what bra to pick if they are unsure. Before I worked in a bra shop I didn't know anything about bras so I would have loved to have this information about bras to hand as its very helpful.
You can find the full infographic here

REVIEW: PANACHE JASMINE BALCONNET BRA

 PANACHE JASMINE BRA - C/O MISH ONLINE - £28.99*

I was very very excited when I heard Panache were releasing the Jasmine in a charcoal animal print, I was so excited to see it in real life, so as soon as I did I knew it had to be mine.

The Jasmine is a very similar fit to the Panache Envy which is one of my favourite bras! Its a balconnet bra that gives a fuller coverage. The animal print is gorgeous! I think it looks very classy considering its a animal print bra, the charcoal and black colours make it a very practical bra. You could wear it as you would a black bra. I love the lace, I think its my favourite thing about this bra, the lace just makes the bra look sexier!

The Jasmine has side panels which push the breasts forward and then the seams underneath create a great lift. I love the shape it gives, it's a nice rounded shape.

The Jasmine comes in sizes up to a K which I love as it gives ladies with a bigger bust something sexy but supportive to choose from. I find the Jasmine fits very true to size, I have gone for my usual size and it fits perfectly.

If you have ever tried a Panache bra before you may know the wires tend to come up a little higher in the front and behind the breasts (under the arm) I have a few Panache bras so I know this doesn't bother me at all however I know that this bothers some people. You can see in the photos where the wires come up to so maybe use this as a guide.

You can buy the Jasmine online from www.Mish-Online.co.uk for £28.99 and it comes with a matching brief that looks so comfy!
