REVIEW: UMBERTO GIANNINI INDULGE RANGE

I've been using the Umberto Giannini Indulge range* since before Christmas and I thought i'd share my thoughts with you guys. I haven't done a beauty product review for so long but i've just got to share this range with you.

First up how lovely is the packaging, yes its white with Rose Gold lettering!! So the packaging is gorgeous! The only thing I don't like about it is I prefer a squeezy bottle as I don't think you can get all the product out of these bottles.

The shampoo is so good! My hair feels sooo soft and clean once i've washed it using this. I don't even have to repeat, the first wash is amazing and leaves my hair feeling lovely. I could actually skip conditioner but I don't as I really like the Indulge conditioner too. I think this has lasted really well as I've been using it a few times a week for about 5/6 weeks so its a good value for money.
Boots always have offers on aswell so you can usually save some money on the product too.

The conditioner is lovely, not too thick and it leaves the hair feeling so soft. The scent is lovely and my hair always feels so clean and soft after using the range. The nourishing hair mask is lovely too for that extra bit of hydration and nourishing.

I'm really loving this range and I will be repurchasing it as I am loving it! I really wanted to feature the range in a review and share with you guys as I really have loved using it.

The Umberto Giannini Range is on 2 for £10 at Boots right now so make sure you check it out soon.

BEAUTY: HOW I DO MY HAIR!!

Everyone's hair is different and I find it hard to copy tutorials and experiment with my hair. My hair is good, it styles easily and I can curl it or straighten it quite easily. It gets greasy quickly and I have started getting issues with my scalp but apart from that my hair is healthy and considering I haven't had it cut for a while it's not that bad.

I thought i'd share a few products i'm using right now and i've switched up my hair porducts/ tools alot recently.

Shampoo and Conditioner :

I've been using the Loreal Elvive Extraordinary clay range for a little while now, you can see my full review here.  I started having problems with my scalp back in april/may time. I quickly found out that it was product build-up that was irritating my scalp so I stopped using dry-shampoo so much and switched to this shampoo and conditioner combo which worked well for my hair and scalp. I haven't been using it alot recently but my scalps been playing up again so i've introduced it back into my routine. I use it a couple of times a week alongside my other shampoo and conditioner.

I've recently been using the Bedhead TIGI Fully Loaded range* which is a range designed to add volume to your hair. My hair can be abit limp so i've been using this whole range and I love it! The shampoo and conditioner clean my hair really well and leave it feeling so clean and soft. It also smells incredible.

Styling Products:

Also from the Bedhead Fully Loaded range i've been using the Volume Boosting foam. I can't remember the last time I used a foam but this is lovely and really adds volume to my hair and makes it perfect for styling. I love using this when i'm going to curl my hair.

I have been a huge fan of Lee Stafford's Coco Loco range for a while now. I love the CoConut SPritz*this is such a lovely product. I use it if i'm leaving my hair to dry naturally and sometimes if i'm blow drying it. It leaves your hair smelling amazing and just leaves it more manageable. It detangles and smooths hair.

Also from the Coco Loco range is Blow and Go. *This is a cream product that you apply to damp hair before blow drying. I like using this because it contains heat protection as well as detangles the hair, smooths and de-frizz. It conditions and strengthens the hair too. It's an amazing product, i'm nearly all out and need to repurchase.

To set the hair, whether i've curled it or straightened it i've been reaching for the Bedhead TIGI Fully loaded finishing spray*. It's a really nice firm hold but it's not sticky and doesn't leave your hair all crunchy. I feel that my curls are more voluminous and hold well using this spray. I think it works well to add texture to straight hair too, I really like this product.

Hair Tools:

I love my GHD's I have had them for years and they are amazing, I could never use any other straighteners.

I have a couple of pair of curlers for different types of curl. Recently i've been reaching for my Lee Stafford Coco Loco Long Tong *for that everyday wave/ curl. The long tong has a longer tong(like the name) so it's perfect for all hair lengths. I find this easier to use that most hair curlers.

Recently i've been using the Arconic blow dry brush* which i'm loving!!  This is a curved paddle brush which is designed for medium to long hair. I find it so easy to use. It's a nice weight, not too heavy and very comfortable to hold. I really like blow drying my hair using this brush. It makes the hair really straight but not flat, it adds volume which is amazing and because the paddle is so big you can dry your hair so quickly by using this brush, which I love because drying your own hair is so boring.

BEAUTY: LOREAL ELVIVE EXTRAORDINARY CLAY RANGE

NEW : LOREAL ELVIVE EXTRAORDINARY CLAY RANGE

I've recently been trying the new Loreal Elvive extraordinary clay range. I've been struggling alot with my scalp, it's been very dry and irritated so I needed to find a new shampoo that would hopefully combat this. I have sensitive skin but have never really struggled with my scalp until now. I've had my hair coloured and i've used a mixture of different shampoo's and conditioners and never had any kind of reaction. My scalp has recently been very flaky and irritated/itchy. I thought it may have been product build up so tried washing my hair every other day instead of every few days but this didn't make any difference. I then decided to give an anti-dandruff shampoo a try. Luckily for me this new range from Elvive had just been released so I thought i'd try it. I've been using it for a couple of months now and I have to say i've been very impressed with the results. I've found the dandruff / dry skin has completely gone. I was suffering with a flaky scalp but this has manged to combat any flaky bits. My hair itself is damaged and dehydrated from colouring and i've found the conditioner has worked great at getting that hydration back into my hair and re-balancing the oils to combat greasy roots. I've found my scalp is feeling much better since i've started using this range and also my hair is very manageable and looks great since using the range.

I've just been into boots today and repurchased the shampoo and conditioner as i'm nearly all out and i've really enjoyed using this shampoo and conditioner and found it's really helped my scalp. Usually when someone recommends an anti-dandruff shampoo, i'd think my only option would be Head and Shoulders, i'm so glad I looked into alternatives and found this.

The Loreal Elvive range is still on offer in boots, 3 for £10 meaning you can get the shampoo, conditioner and the mask, giving you the chance to try the whole range!

BEAUTY : REVIEW LEE STAFFORD COCO LOCO RANGE

Lee Stafford Coco Loco Range available now at Boots

I have to say i'm a huge Lee Stafford fan, I use the Bleach Blondes range as it's the best at keeping those brassy tones away! I have bleached the ends of my hair so I used to struggle to keep those brassy tones away but not since I started using the Bleach Blondes range, I love the whole bleach blondes collection, the Hot Shotz and correcting conditioning spray are must haves if you find those brassy tones make a come back! Anyway this review is about the Coco Loco range, you can check out my reviews of the Bleach Blondes range here

I found my hair had gone quite dry and damaged, I knew I needed to get some hydration into my hair. The Coco Loco range by Lee Stafford contains Coconut Oil which is a natural nutrient and provides the essential proteins for nourishing and repairing damaged hair. So i've been giving the range a try and I have to say my hair is feeling so so much better.

I love the Shampoo and Conditioner they are so easy to use and smell amazing! I absolutely love Coconut scented products. My hair feels really lovely and clean when I use the shampoo, I tend to rinse and repeat with the shampoo to make sure I get all the dry shampoo and other products out my hair. Then I follow with the conditioner which is really lovely and hydrating.

The Coconut mask is lovely, I like to jump into a hot lush bath with candles and wack a load of this on my hair and just lie there for ages letting the mask get to work on my hair. I only really put it on my ends as this is where my hair is dry and damaged. My hair always feels really soft and shiny after i've used the mask.

The Coconut Spritz is a nice product to use, you can apply it onto towel dried hair to condition and detangle hair which I think works really well. It makes my hair shiny and and smooth and stops it drying so frizzy. You can also spritz this into the hair throughout the day to refresh your hair.

The Blow and Go genius lotion improves your hair in every way possible, your hair will be softer, shinier, sleeker, smoother, stronger and conditioned. You just apply to towel dried hair and style as normal. It makes your hair so much easier to style and locks in that moisture so your hair looks smoother and stronger for longer.

Finally the Coconut Balm, this is just like Coconut Oil, it's a solid product that melts in your hand and you can apply it to the ends of your hair to keep your hair protected and smooth.

The whole range is amazing, if your hair is feeling dull and damaged you need to get your hands on some of these products. Selected Lee Stafford products are on 2 for £10 right now at Boots so take advantage of an amazing offer and give the range ago! They are really afforable products and leave your hair feeling like you've been to the salon.

REVIEW: NEAL AND WOLF HARMONY

NEAL AND WOLF HARMONY - NEAL AND WOLF - £13.50*

I'm a massive fan of  Neal and Wolf, I've tried a few of their products and I haven't been disappointed yet! This is their intensive care treatment, its a intensive conditioner for your hair. You use it after you have shampoo'd your hair and you would use it weekly like you would any intensive treatment. I have found it really easy to apply, it's a nice creamy formula. I like to comb through my hair before I go in the bath/shower and then shampoo and follow with the treatment. I then run my fingers carefully through my hair to ensure the treatment is even to the ends, I don't really apply it to my roots as I find conditioners make my roots greasy. It has that amazing Neal and Wolf scent that I love so so much and it lingers so your hair smells fab! I love how Neal and Wolf products are both luxurious and kind to your hair with no sulfates or parabens you know its the best care for your hair. I like the squeezy bottle and find it easy to use. Its £13.50 which I think its realistic for a product like this, it leaves your hair soft and silky but manageable.
You only need to use this treatment like once a week so the 200ml bottle should last quite a long time it also comes it a very generous 950ml bottle aswell, which is more of a salon size bottle however for only £27.50 its a good buy.

I use the heat protection spray after whilst I blowdry and straighten my hair, I have reviewed this here Neal and Wolf Heat Protection Spray

REVIEW: NEAL AND WOLF SCENTED CANDLE

Neal And Wolf - Candle Indulgence Scented Candle - £17.95*

I'm a huge fan of Neal and Wolf shampoo and conditioner, it's one of those brands that I have tried a few times and have always been impressed. When I was offered the chance to review a Neal and Wolf candle I jumped at the chance.

First of all the style of the candle is lovely, the packaging is matte purple and looks so expensive.

It has a lovely citrus/orange scent and as it burns very floral aromas of Lily, Ylang-Ylang and Orchid. I think the scent is similar to that of Neal and Wolf's shampoo and conditioner which I absolutely love the smell of! Neal and Wolf have developed their fragrances that have been created by perfume houses that are behind some of the worlds finest scents.

I think this candle looks amazing alongside the rest of my candles, it's one of my new favourites. I think its quite affordable alongside other popular candle brands at only £17.95 for 45 hours burning time I think its a good value for money.

I really want to try more from Neal and Wolf the range has grown since the last time I visited their site, theres now lots of choice when it comes to haircare. I love the look of the Cleanse and Treat backwash Duo pack and the Smoothing Blow-dry Balm.

What do you think of Neal and Wolf products?

REVIEW: TOMMYGUNS Bergamot, Inula & Manuka Honey Shampoo and Conditioner

Tommy Guns Shampoo  and Conditioner - £5.50* each

TOMMYGUNS is an amazing brand that have some really lovely haircare products. They have so many different options for all different hair types. The Bergamot and Inula range is designed specifically for coloured hair.
Active ingredients include Inula to protect your hair colour, Bergamot to enhance shine and colour brightness and Manuka Honey to heal and protect damaged hair.
I love the smell of this duo, the citrusy scent leaves your hair smelling fresh and clean and the Inula protects and gives structure to the hair leaving it smoother and softer.
My hair feels so clean and soft after using this shampoo and conditioner duo and it feels light and not weighed down by the product.
I have noticed my hair is looking bright still and apart from where my hair dye is growing out my colour is lasting longer. Normally my colour starts to fade and turn very yellowy but the colour is still very natural.
If you want to try this shampoo and conditioner duo then check out www.tommygunshaircare.com
