BEAUTY: 5 TIPS FOR FLAWLESS HEALTHY HAIR

In this post i'm going to share a few tips on how I keep my hair looking healthy. I thought i'd also share a few of my favourite hair products right now.

1. Don't wash everyday! I used to wash my hair every single day and all it does is strips the natural oils and moisture from your hair. It also makes it go greasy quicker! Wash your hair two or three times a week! I like to leave my hair to dry naturally so i'm not blow drying it all the time. If i'm going to leave it to dry naturally I like to use a conditioning / styling product to stop it from going frizzy. I really like the Lee Stafford Blow and Go lotion but i've recently run out of this so i'm going to give the Umberto Giannini Creme De Curl cream a try. If I am blow drying my hair I like to use the Umberto Giannini Blow dry in a bottle, spritz over the hair for a salon finish blow dry.

2. Don't brush your hair when it's wet! This is one of the most common factors when it comes to breakage. If you are going to brush your hair when wet get a Wet Brush or Tangle Teezer Aquasplash

3. Heat Tools! Dry out your hair and lead to breakage and split ends! Always use a heat protection spray when your going to use heat tools! I love the Lee Stafford Coco Loco Heat Protection spray, it smells so good!

4. There are more long-term solutions if your hair is in really bad condition or your experiencing hair loss. Regularly getting your hair cut especially if your hair is long and coloured. Getting the dead hair cut out will enable new healthy hair to grow. A hair transplant is another procedure to consider. Head on over to the Harley Street Hair clinic for more information on a personal consultation and how much does a FUE hair transplant cost

5. Use a conditioning mask - to restore hair and moisture in the hair. The longer you leave the mask on the better results you get.
