LIFESTYLE: WAYS TO STAY POSITIVE THIS YEAR

In today's post I want to talk about staying positive and ways in which I think you can stay positive and increase your productivity in 2018. I'm going to include a few products to help you stay organised and things you can do to make 2018 the best year yet!

First up it's the 18th of January so you should all have a brand new diary and calendar, if not you need to go and get one. I think writing down things really helps me stay productive and I like to tick things off and this keeps me on track. I also keep a note of any appointments etc, coffee with friends so i'm super productive and know what i'm doing from one day to the next. If I have a free day then I can use this for blogging and i'll usually write a list of blog posts I want to write or write a list of products I need to review so i've always got something to write about. I also use the calendar and notes on my phone but I find actually writing things in my diary and on my calendar works better for me. There's lots of lovely planners around like The Happiness Planner and these ones from Dot Creates and so if you work from home or like having a big diary I think they are great and have lots of sections to keep you organised.

Next up why not invest in a new wardrobe, get yourself some nice new clothes that you will be proud to be seen in. If you work in an office get yourself a nice new jacket or suit. This will make you feel really confident, and ready to get that promotion this year. If you are self-employed even though you don't wear a uniform appearing clean and professional is a good way to get new commissions, work etc, even if you just invest in a new dress, pair of jeans or a new coat.

Having a positive mental attitude is going to boost positivity and productivity this year. Why not join the gym or start going for a run, I find exercise a really good way of thinking and i've come up with some really good ideas whilst i've been out for a jog. Exercise can also help you sleep better which is another benefit and another way to boost your positive attitude.
Start doing yoga, have a massage, go for a walk around a park, just take some time out for you. Personal well-being is very important and looking after yourself should be a priority this year.

Healthy eating is another good way of staying positive, I always have a 'lets do this' attitude when i'm eating well. I'm always very motivated to do well. Sugary and fatty foods can make you feel sluggish and can leave you feeling tired and irritated.

FITNESS: JANUARY FITNESS WISHLIST

So it's January, you know what that means along with everyone!! I'm getting back on Slimming World and want to start exercising again. My workout DVD is coming back out and i'm gonna start jogging again. I really want a Fitbit and have been researching them today I think the Flex 2 or the Alta would be perfect for me. I have my polar HR watch when i'm working out but the fitbit would be great for everyday and when i'm at work. I just came across Fabletics fitness clothing, they have some great outfits and some lovely colours and patterns. I could do with new trainers, I prefer nike trainers, these Thea's have been catching my eye for a while. I'd probably get the black and white ones as they are versatile, I wish the grey were still available. The Panache sports bra is my favourite, i'm loving this new pattern. I've had a few Panache sports bras now and I find them so comfortable. I wear panache Envy bra everyday and find it really comfortable. The sports bras have a moulded cup which gives such a great shape for a sports bra and they come in so many colours.

Are you jumping on the fitness bandwagon this month, lets do this!!

SUMMER: THOSE HOLIDAY ESSENTIALS

We're finally off on our holiday yay! When you are reading this I will be soaking up the sun with a cold one in my hand.

I thought i'd share a few beauty bits that i've brought along with me.

Hair: I always end up bring too many hair products with me when I go on holiday. First I have these little mini OGX Coconut Milk shampoo and conditioners. These smell incredible and will be so handy! I have packed the Toni and Guy sea salt texurizing spray and the Schwarzkopf texturizing spray. The mini toni and guy one will be handy for in my beach bag so when i'm at the beach or by the pool I can give my hair a little spritz of texture. I've also packed the Lee Stafford Coco Loco Blow and Go which is a really handy creme which you can use in dry hair to defrizz and to tame or use when blow drying to help dry hair faster and reduce fly away hairs.

I've also packed my travel Tangle Teezer, as this is so handy to keep in your beach bag to detangle your hair after you've been for a swim or in the sea

Suncare: I've packed Piz Buin factor 30 as I couldn't find factor 50 which is what I usually get as i'm quite fair skinned and tend to burn easy. I've also packed an Hawaiian Tropic oil to get a better tan, this smells gorgeous. I've packed the Clarins Face suncream as my face is really sensitive and I find this works well at locking in hydration and protecting my skin from the sun.
I've got the Vichy Ideal Soleil oil after sun which is lovely on the skin and i'm so excited to give this a good try.

These Purepotions salves are so handy when your away, you can use them for so many things from sprains to cold sores.

I have packed some carex hand sanitizer which are so handy when your at the beach or going for some food to keep your hand clean and fresh.

My Clarins lip comfort oil is a staple when i'm away, I always bring it to add hydration to my lips as they get really sore and dry when i'm on holiday.

also included in this post:
Turquoise Bikini from Freya // Instax Camera from Fujifilm // Flip flops- Primark // Bag- primark // Suki Cleo by Panache bikini //  The Wet Brush // Garnier Micellar water

THINGS I'M TAKING TO FLORIDA

So incase I haven't mentioned it enough haha i'm going to Florida in a few days! I've started packing because i've got work pretty much every day until we go. I've picked out my outfits, i've tried not to pack too much because I want to buy a few things whilst i'm in the US.
I thought i'd show you a few of my holiday essentials. Most of the clothing/ accessories are from Primark as I didn't wanna spend loads on new things.

First up my Bikinis, normally i don't care about my bikinis I tend to pick up cheap ones in primark but since finding out I was wearing the wrong bra size I decided to get a couple of decent bikini's that actually fit and support me. Were going to be visiting the waterparks in florida so that support is going to be really important. First up I picked this blue plunge style from Cleo by Panache, its gorgeous!  I love the colour and it looks great on! I also picked out the watermelon bikini by Freya. I think this is such a cute holiday pattern!

I love these sliders from Primark, they look so comfy. I like the shimmery gold/ silver effect and they were only £4! I also picked up the black sandals from primark. They are just a nice classy pair of sandals that I'll be able to wear with any outfit, making them a really good pair of shoes to bring along.

I picked up a few pairs of shorts from Primark, including this blue and white patterned pair. I normally wear alot of skirts and dresses on holiday but because were going to the theme parks I think i'm gonna need shorts so i'm comfy on the rides and not flashing anyone.

I love stripes and when I was taking photos for this post I noticed theres so many stripes in my case. I love this stripe toiletries bag from Primark it was such a great buy! I have a few stripey tops that I will be able to wear on the days and the nights and of course a pair of £1 flip flops from primark

I've got the 50+ suncream packed so heres a couple of products i'm taking along. I'm going to bring along my Lee Stafford Beach Blondes* shampoo and conditioner to stop those brassy tones coming though whilst i'm away. I find the sun tends to lighten my hair and turn it slightly yellow. I've packed my Urban Decay B6 Prep Spray, to reduce redness and to reduce pores and oil. I picked up this Dr Organic Aloe Gel from Holland and Barrett aswell, I usually just pick up a cheap After Sun but I really want to keep my skin hydrated and this Aloe Gel should cool the skin down after a long day in the sun.

REVIEW: PANACHE JASMINE BALCONNET BRA

 PANACHE JASMINE BRA - C/O MISH ONLINE - £28.99*

I was very very excited when I heard Panache were releasing the Jasmine in a charcoal animal print, I was so excited to see it in real life, so as soon as I did I knew it had to be mine.

The Jasmine is a very similar fit to the Panache Envy which is one of my favourite bras! Its a balconnet bra that gives a fuller coverage. The animal print is gorgeous! I think it looks very classy considering its a animal print bra, the charcoal and black colours make it a very practical bra. You could wear it as you would a black bra. I love the lace, I think its my favourite thing about this bra, the lace just makes the bra look sexier!

The Jasmine has side panels which push the breasts forward and then the seams underneath create a great lift. I love the shape it gives, it's a nice rounded shape.

The Jasmine comes in sizes up to a K which I love as it gives ladies with a bigger bust something sexy but supportive to choose from. I find the Jasmine fits very true to size, I have gone for my usual size and it fits perfectly.

If you have ever tried a Panache bra before you may know the wires tend to come up a little higher in the front and behind the breasts (under the arm) I have a few Panache bras so I know this doesn't bother me at all however I know that this bothers some people. You can see in the photos where the wires come up to so maybe use this as a guide.

You can buy the Jasmine online from www.Mish-Online.co.uk for £28.99 and it comes with a matching brief that looks so comfy!
