I went along to the Harvey Nichols event this week which was a Fashion show. It was open for any one to go you just had to buy a ticket. Tickets were priced at £15 and honestly it was worth every penny! It was fab ! I took loads of photo's and loved most of the clothes. The shoes and bags were amazing and I really loved looking out for brands that I know like Mulberry and Alexander Wang.

The event started with Champagne and I got to catch up with everyone and then we sat down ready for the show! It was on time which was good and the music was really good. The models were so gorgeous and the hair and make up was amazing. The make up was done by Stila and I must say I was loving the bright pink blush :)

The catwalk was full of men and women fashions and gave everyone a real sense of whats to come this SS13. There was loads of monochrome and neon colours. Aswell as stripes and glittery tops and skirts.

I really enjoyed the event and would love to go to another Harvey Nichols event. It was very well prepared and went like clock work. We were given a warm welcome and the general manager from Harvey Nichols Birmingham even said a few words to thank everyone for going along which was nice.

After the event everyone was invited back to Harvey Nichols for more fizz and for a shop with our exclusive 15% off in store which I didn't take advantage of but i'm sure many of the ladies who attended did!

Overall it was an amazing event and I got to have a lovely catch up with everyone and met some lovely new people.

Have you ever been to an event like this and what do you think of my photos ?

Miss Patiserie At the Clothes Show

I'm Such a huge fan of Lush so when I spotted this really cute Bath bomb stall at the Clothes Show I just had to have a look. Gemma and I both bought a bath bomb - I haven't used my yet but I will definitely be writing a review this week. The packaging and the french style of the website, the label and the packaging is really cute. I'll defiantly be buying a few bits off their website as they have a bit more choice on their website than what they had at the clothes show but I do wish I would have bought a few of the bath bombs because they are really cute.
Check out the website for more information and keeps your eyes open for my review later in the week

Clinique long last lipstick

Clinique All Heart *
(ignore my cat scratch)

I really like Clinique and recently I posted about the loose powder that I picked up from the counter in boots. Well they sent me a voucher saying if I went in for a free consultation I could get a free Lipstick. So I went straight to boots and handed over the voucher and the lady gave me this :) I think its a very decent size (since it was free) and the colours not too shabby either. I've never used a clinique lippy before but I do like it. Its very easy to apply and has lots of moiture which is necessary at the moment with the cold weather. The colour is a nice dark red colour which is not something i'd usually go for - i'm more neutrals and pinks but this goes on very nice and the colour is not over powering. When its been on for a bit it sinks into the lips and looks very natural. I love the Clinique packaging - I really am a sucker for a bit of simplistic packaging. Its a nice handy lipstick to keep in your bag in the winter months its so easy to apply so you can do it anywhere I really like this lipstick and will have a look into buying some more pieces from the Clinique counter (especially if they keep sending me vouchers ;)) I hear their mascara is very good so I might try that next :) I have lots and lots of boots advantage points so let me know what I should buy :)

Sorry again for my recent lack of posts the works nearly all done so normal posts will resume soon hopefully. My giveaway winner will be announces either today or over the weekend. I'm going to the clothes show tomorrow which I'm so so excited about :)

skirt; h&m top; topshop cardigan; clothesshowlive necklace;john lewis

just a quick post today, i really liked this outfit so i had a few minutes this morning to take some photos. i really love this top, its from topshop and its only £10 they do it in a few other colours that i might invest. i wasnt sure what skirt to wear, i have a pleated skirt that ive never worn and it looked really nice with this top but it makes me feel big around my hips so i changed it for my trusty bodycon that made me feel rather slim ;D diets going well.

working the weekend so may not get a chance to post, maybe sunday evening. have a nice weekend

shake it out

dress: ebay £12.99 shoes: topshop £18 nail polish: £5 each models own

Im going to thee clothes show in birmingham on saturday so im really excited. i dont actually have any money which is gutting. ive put abit aside incase i see anything tho. ive been the past 3 years and its okay even if you have no money. im really interested in what models own will be doing as they have been posting on facebook about special cosmetic bags with free stuff in so looking forward to that :D i might pick up the beetle juice collection if they have it too.
i would reccomend the clothes show as you can pick up some bargains and you get little free extras aswell, the magazines are my favourites they give you goodie bags if you buy a magazinee :D

should hopefully be blogging more, just trying to concentrate on university atm,
