Real Techniques

I picked the Real Techniques Powder brush and Travel essentials set up off www.lifeandlooks.com. I've never heard of this website before and was abit dubious because of this but you can pay via paypal so I bought them anyway. Firstly this website sells brands like GHD, Vichy and La Roche Posay and it sells them at bargain prices !

I got the powder brush and the travel essentials brushes for £22! thats right £22 for 4 brushes that RRP: would cost you £35  And they offer free delivery! There delivery terms state your order should take about 10 working days! Mine took 2! I was so surprised because I really wasn't expecting anything and then they arrived :)

I've only used them a couple of times so far but I'm really glad I bought them. I've picked them up so many times in boots but really wanted the travel essentials set and they don't stock it at my boots so i've looked online but just never bought them. When I saw they were so cheap on this website I just jumped at the chance because I don't have many brushes. I have the stippling brush and a brow brush from real techniques already and I love them and now I have all of these brushes too. They are such great quality for the money. Mac brushes retail at between £30 - £40 so these are a bargain!!

I'm not suposed to be spending any money at the moment because i'm trying to save but I will be placing another order very soon with www.lifeandlooks.com - go and check them out :)

My Matalan £5 Satchel bag

Satchel bag £5 - Matalan (sold out online)

My mom order my sister and I these bags from Matalan, They were £5 each and did a few more pastel colours as well as the black and tan, Matalan also offer free in store collection so we didn't even have to pay for postage. I think these are such cute little satchels and for £5 you really cannot moan. I got the black and my sister got the tan one. I really needed a handy little black bag so this is perfect. And I love that the detailing is gold because normally on black bags it's silver and I really prefer gold. The bag is actually very roomy and has inside pockets.
I would recommend checking your local store and see if they have any left because this is a bargain not to miss! They also have some really lovely bags and theres a bag similar to the Zara ones (link here

Have you been to Matalan recently and more bargains to be had?

Miss Patiserie At the Clothes Show

I'm Such a huge fan of Lush so when I spotted this really cute Bath bomb stall at the Clothes Show I just had to have a look. Gemma and I both bought a bath bomb - I haven't used my yet but I will definitely be writing a review this week. The packaging and the french style of the website, the label and the packaging is really cute. I'll defiantly be buying a few bits off their website as they have a bit more choice on their website than what they had at the clothes show but I do wish I would have bought a few of the bath bombs because they are really cute.
Check out the website for more information and keeps your eyes open for my review later in the week

Autumn Floral

dress: River Island from ASOS// Cardigan: Internacionale // watch: Casio

Wore this outfit last week and completely forgot to post these pictures. I bought this dress from River Island after seeing Lily Melrose in the Blazer - It has the same pattern but it is more tapestry-like.
I love florals but they haven't been about as much this year with the aztec patterns floating about. I decided at £16 in the sale I had to get it. Its very versatile and goes with black or brown accessories. I got a 12 because I wasn't sure what the fit would be like but its abit big but comfy. I like the length -its quite long but the other day I wore this with a slouchy jumper over it and it looked really cute and it was the ideal length. The pattern in quite vintag-y which I lovee! I wore it with a chunky cardigan as I was going out for a family meal and wanted to look nice but casual.

Army style jacket : Ebay

If you know me at all you will know i'm one for a bargain! I really love these army style jackets, who doesnt? So that means they have a rather heafty price tag! I looked in my local vintage shops and all the charity shops, I looked online and even got into some bidding wars! Thats when I found this one! with a buy it now price of £9.99 who would resist, I was abit cautious about the sizing but I think it looks lovely on.

How can urban outfitters charge £48 for a near exact jacket?
