BEAUTY: INTRODUCING RIMMEL LONDON'S NEW INSTA COLLECTION

I was so excited to receive these goodies in the post last week! Rimmel have released their new make-up range to get you Insta-ready! You will have no problem getting the perfect selfie now!

There's so many different products in the new range, contour sticks, setting powder, concealer palettes and much more. I thought i'd go through a few of the new products and introduce you to the new range. I have only used a couple of bits so far so will review them in a few weeks once i've given them all a go!

I have been loving the #Insta Fix & Matte powder, it works really well on my skin. I've been using it to set and mattify my foundation. It isn't cakey as it's a translucent powder. You can build it up easily and I don't need to retouch through the day.

I haven't tried the Contour sticks yet but I did swatch the light shade and it's a lovely warm toned shade and gorgeous highlight. They are very creamy and easy to blend out! Very excited to try.

I'm so excited to try the Fix & Go fixing spray as i've only ever used the Urban Decay All Nighter spray. This is a 2 in 1 primer and fixing spray which sounds so good! At £6.99 this is a bargain!! I hope its good! The packaging is fab and it's a decent size bottle.

The range also includes the #Insta Flawless skin tint, concealer palettes and a conceal and correct palette. The whole range is really affordable and on 3 for 2 right now at Superdrug so check it out.

LIFESTYLE: NATIONAL EXPERIENCE WEEK

This week is National Experience Week! This is a week dedicated to having a good time whatever you decide to do. I love to do new things and i'm always looking for fun and exciting things to do. Check out Into The Blue as they have so many different experiences and days out for everyone to enjoy. I have took part in a few different experience days for example i've been on spa days, i've done animal experiences, scuba diving, afternoon teas, hotel stays, spa trips and much more.

I thought i'd share my wish list with you, so these are a few things I would love to do if I got the chance.

A Tree Top Break - These tree top hotels look incredible. I think it would be so much fun to be in the middle of a forest, in a tree top room with amazing views. Chilling in the hot tub and going for walks in the forest, no phones, no laptops is my idea of the perfect getaway.

A Helicopter ride- i've never been in a Helicopter and it's on my bucket list, I've just never really had the opportunity but i'd love to go in a Helicopter. When we went to America I really wanted to do, it but never got the time. I'd love to do a Helicopter ride over the Grand Canyon or in New Look, thats the dream!

Tandem Bungee or even single bungee,  I really don't think Clint would ever do this! But I have always wanted to do it! I just think it would be such an adrenaline rush.

I don't know why I really like the idea of going in a hot air balloon, I just imagine it being so chilled and relaxed just floating in the sky, it just sounds amazing.

Animal Experiences, I would love to swim with Dolphins again i've just never really had the chance to do it but I think it would be such an incredible experience. When I have kids i'm going to take them to play with dolphins, it's got to be just amazing.

I hope you like my wishlist and like the sound of the experiences i'd love to do.

LIFESTYLE: THINGS TO DO WITH THE KIDS DURING HALF TERM

I remember as a kid always doing cool things through half term and thought i'd share a few of my favourite things to do during a week off. Even now as an adult when I have a week off work I book little days out and adventures for Clint and I.

I've tried to put together a list of things that are affordable and you don't have to travel very far.

1. Mini Golf / Bowling / Lazer Tag - There are some really fun activities you can do when the kids are off school. Clint and I love Bowling and Mini Golf and get pretty competitive. You can usually get good discounts and offers online so check those out before you go. You can sometimes save money by pre-booking too.

2. Theme Park- We love going to theme parks and they are a great day out for the kids, especially if they are a bit older. You can get some really good deals for Alton Towers and there's always 2 for 1 vouchers floating around. They also do offers when you stay at their hotel.

3. Go to the seaside! The nearest seaside town to Birmingham is Weston Super Mare, we love driving there in the summer to get away and chill on the sand. We bring a blanket, get some fish and chips and relax for the day. When we were younger my parents always drove us to Weston and Blackpool during half term or on a Bank Holiday and we would play in the arcade and build sandcastles and at Blackpool we would go to the little theme park and go on the rides.

4. Go to a new park, bring the bikes along and check out somewhere new. Try a new park, leave the phones at home and spend a bit of time outdoors.

5. Go to London for the day! We love visiting different cities, and it's so easy to just jump on the train. You can get some good deals if you buy an advance ticket and you usually get 2 for 1 on main attractions so check this out before you travel. We always get 2 for 1 for the main attractions in London. Check out websites like Topdogdays.com for lots of vouchers for attractions and apps like Vouchercloud or Vouchercodes for deals on food and restaurants.

6. My little cousins love to bake! This is such a cheap and easy thing to do. No matter what the weather and if you have no money you can make Cornflake cakes or brownies or cupcakes that they can decorate. The possibilities are endless and just search online for affordable recipes if you don't want to spend loads.

These are a few of my favourite things to do when we have time off and I loved doing things like this during Half Term. What are your favourite things to do when the kids are off school.

REVIEW: THE BODY SHOP WILD ARGAN OIL BODY LOTION

THE BODY SHOP WILD ARGAN OIL BODY LOTION -£8* - THE BODY SHOP

I have been testing a few products from The Body Shop recently. I was kindly sent a few products from their wild Argan oil range. I am a big Argan oil fan, I use it in my hair the most. Today i'm talking about this body lotion. I don't normally like reviewing creams and lotions however this is an exception.

I'm not a massive fan of body butters I would rather use a lotion so I was very excited to give this ago! It's a lovely light product that absorbs into the skin very easily! It's very moisturising and doesn't leave the skin feeling greasy. It smells amazing!! I love the smell so much that I keep applying this to my arms even when I don't need to just because it smells so nice!

It's £8.00 for a generous 250ml bottle which is fab! I just think this is a lovely lotion, it has a pump for ease.

The argan oil in this lotion leaves the skin feeling smoother and softer! It's just such a lovely product, I would definitely buy it again!

I am also testing some other The Body Shop's wild argan oil products such as the radiant oil and the miracle solid oil for body and hair.

The Harry Potter Studio Tour ( Pictures inside)

If you are going to the studio tour and don't want to see any images from the tour then stop reading this post, there's spoilers inside and if you intend on visiting the tour I would reccomend seeing it for yourself and not ruining it by looking online however if you have no intention in going and want to see whats there then carry on reading :)

I had such an amazing time at The Harry Potter Studio Tour and would reccomend it to everyone. I had such a great time, I absolutly love Harry Potter but its for everyone. Theres loads of secrets and props etc that are really incredible to see for yourself. My boyfriend had watched the philosophers stone and wasn't really bothered about going but he really enjoyed himself and he wanted to watch the films when we got home, and we watched them all in like two weeks. It's a really great opportunity and it's great for everyone of all ages. It's well worth the money!

Let's Do London

Here's a few things to do in London! I absolutely love going to London, I been loads and can't wait to go again soon. I always visit some of the touristy areas when I visit. Here's when I went to see the London Eye! If you visit the London eye your actually right by the River Thames, Big Ben and The houses of Parliament. It's always SOO busy around this bit of London, I've never been on the London Eye but I want to do that next time I go to London

I've also visited Buckingham Palace, i've been to London loads and never went there. I love seeing it in sporting events and whilst things are happening with the Royals. I'd have love to have been there when Will and Kate had the baby!

Oxford Street - I'm not a massive fan of Oxford Street because it's TOO BIG! The shops are massive and theres too many people but it's great if your looking for something in particular. I sometimes find that living in Birmingham I miss out on brands or products if our stores don't stock items but you will usually find everything you need in London. They have massive department stores like Debenhams, Selfridges and House of Fraser but they are 429323432 Times bigger than the ones in Birmingham.

I've never been to the West End so I've asked Daniel if we can do this for our anniversary this year. Do a night in a London hotel like the Saint Georges Hotel which is very Central and i'd love to go to a show!  I've heard loads of people rave on about the West End Shows! What would you recommend?  Theres loads of places to stay, eat and drink in London so it's a great place to Visit because theres always so much to do!

#LDNBLOGGERSPARTY

On saturday Gemma and myself made our way to Dirty Martini in London for the LDNBloggers party.
It was a networking event to meet other bloggers and to talk to some brands and drink some cocktails.

Oriflame are an amazing brand and they were at the event. It was great to talk to Susie and Joanne and to learn more about the brand and to make that contact.

I've not heard of cloud 9 haircare before so it was great to hear more about this brand  :)

I went to London last wednesday so thought i'd share a few of my touristy photos - the weather was gorgeous!
