I recently went along to This Morning Live at the NEC in Birmingham with Panasonic and had such an amazing day checking out lots of brands and learning about different products. As well as attending the event I was invited to head over to their stand for a complementary facial which I was super excited about. I'd just found out I was pregnant and my skin was playing up so bad, the breakouts and dry skin were very annoying.

The facial was so so good and left my skin feeling amazing. This was the first time I got to try the Panasonic Cleansing Brush and my first impressions were really good. My skin was left feeling very clean and I felt like the dry dead skin had come away which was really good. I felt really refreshed and couldn't believe that the cleansing brush was so gentle and didn't irritate my skin at all. The lovely ladies at Panasonic actually gifted me my very own cleansing brush to use at home which i've been using for a few months now.

I have to say the Louise Thomas, the lovely lady who gave me the facial at the show was incredible, I felt super relaxed and like I was at a spa not in the middle of an exhibition hall. Using the cleansing brush at home isn't as relaxing or spa-like but it's super easy to use and leaves amazing results.

The end of the cleansing brush heats up, there's two heat settings and it is perfect at melting away your make up making it really easy to sweep away using the brush end. It's easy to use, it doesn't pull at the skin and is very gentle so it's great even on sensitive skin.

The brush is super soft and gentle and I was so shocked when I felt it for the first time as it really is so so soft. The brush attachment bristles are optimised for a deeper clean to get into those hard to reach places. The brush is really gentle and perfect on all skin types even sensitive skin like mine.

If you have breakouts or your t-zone area is generally in need of a little extra tlc then the precise cleansing brush is just what you need. Perfect to target those t-zone areas, use once or twice a week to clear out your t-zone and wash away those pores and imperfections.

I don't use the cleansing brush daily as it's abit too much as I mentioned above my skin is very sensitive, even more so since being pregnant. I use the cleansing brush a couple of times a week for a deep clean, I usually double cleanse and use something like the Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish aswell. The brush is so gentle and such a lovely brush, leaves the skin feeling great, it really gets into all the little areas around your nose and my skin feels much clearer.

The cleansing brush retails for £149.99 * which I wouldn't spend on a cleansing brush, no matter how brilliant it is. I do however think this is a really good product and if you are someone willing to spend over £100 for a brush cleanser then go ahead. The product is fab and I would really recommend it as it's perfect for all skin types and it leaves the skin feeling refreshed and healthy.

I was so excited to attend Style Birmingham Live this year, I went last year and had such a great time! I usually work weekends but managed to get the day off so I could go along. We were invited to a VIP catwalk show, we were given a token for a free glass of bubbly and headed to the VIP area. The DJ was amazing, I felt like I was still in Ibiza ( I came home a few days earlier)

We then headed into the main room for the show. It's a lovely intimate show with only a few rows of seats. The lovely Mark Wright and Stylist Mark Heyes were great hosts!

I'm loved the catwalk and there was some great must have autumn/ winter trends. The music was fab and the models looked gorgeous, Hair by Francesco Group and Make up by Make Up Forever.

John Lewis opened the show, with our brand new John Lewis just opening in Birmingham Grand Central. They had some amazing tailored pieces including capes, brogues and a classic white shirt.

It's all about fringing! Fringe is so on trend and will be going forward into Spring/ Summer. I love fringe bags and detailing on boots and jackets. Faux Fur is another huge trend. I spotted some fab Faux fur waistcosts and sleeveless jackets from Debenhams and New Look during the show.

There was alot of red and burgundy, dark florals and vintage prints. It's all about being clever and picking out the key pieces to add to your wardrobe. I'd say everyone needs a tailored style jacket / coat, some boots, some fringe and some winter florals.

I had such an amazing time at the event and it was lovely to catch up with some amazing bloggers. Style Birmingham is always in September and tickets start at around £16.50 You get loads of discounts throughout the city during the weekend with your ticket and VIP ticket holders get a goody bag.  Birmingham is growing so this is an event not to be missed, keep your eyes and ears open for Style Birmingham 2016

I picked this lovely eyeshadow palette a while ago now from h&m, I was after a decent, small palette that I could easily fit into my everyday make up bag. As I stay at Clints house and my house I find I have to carry my make up bag back and forth, I have two Urban Decay Naked Palettes so I have one at each house however sometimes I do my make up at work so I just wanted something that I would be able to use on a daily basis.

I think the h&m range has improved alot recently, I have my eye on a few blushers that are beautiful. The packaging is so simple but effective. The packaging is of a good standard and looks visibly pleasing.

The eyeshadows are a good quality, they are good pigmented shades that you can use everyday to create a wide variety of looks. I like how theres a light white/beige shade that you can use to highlight and then a darker shade which is perfect for creating a smokey eye. I love the middle colour, its a very similar colour to 'trick' which is a shade from the Naked 3 Palette. The actual formula is nice abit powdery/chalky however it's easy to apply and for the money I think its a really good value product. I will be picking up a few bits when I get back from my holiday from the H&M cosmetics range.

I'm a very big fan of Neal and Wolf. I have a few of their products, I also have one of their candles which smells devine. I love the smell of Neal and Wolf products, its a very unique smell that lingers.

I always use heat protection when i'm doing my hair, I use this when I blow dry my hair and as I straighten my hair.

This smells amazing ! It has a lovely scent which i'm in love with and a really lovely thing about the scent is it lingers. I can always smell it throughout the day which I think is a rare quality in a heat protection smell.

This heat protection spray works for heats up to 220°c and can be used on wet or dry hair. The spray leaves hair feeling soft and smooth. It also locks in moisture in the hair. With only the best ingredients this is a great formula. 

I will be repurchasing this spray, it protects my hair from heat and stops any flyaway hair and frizzyness  it also leaves my hair feeling soft and smelling amazing ! 

I've put together this post in preparation for the summer. I've included some products that I use all the time and some products I don't actually use but some people do when they are preparing for the summer.

The Dove Silk Glow Body wash is one of my summer must haves. I really like Dove products, I always have. The Silk Glow range adds a glow and a bit of shimmer to the skin making it a lovely product for the summer. In the Silk Glow range you can also get a lotion which is very similar. Dove products always leave my skin feeling really soft and smelling clean and fresh. This product is so afforable its usually a few pounds so its a good value product.

The Elemis Body Sculpting Range is a must have for me in the summer. If i'm having my legs out I want them to look firm. Using this range makes my legs look more firm and less saggy. You have to massage the lotion and serum onto the body and this allows the formula to work into your skin. I'm a massive fan of Elemis and think very highly of all of their products.

ST Moriz Tanning Mist is one of those talked about products but I rarely use Fake Tan. I know loads of people like to use tan in the run up to their holidays. I've used a St Moriz tan before and found it was a very good tan for the price. I have been sent loads of different higher end fake tans to try but I don't ever use them. I like to go on holiday to get a tan. To apply fake tan its reccommended that you shave and exfoliate before applying and also use a tanning mit to get a streak free tan.

Hair removal is another biggy when your off on holiday, the last thing you want to do is be shaving on holiday. I find that my hairs grow so fast when i'm away, and no one wants hairy legs by the pool. There's loads of different hair removal options, shaving is one which I think is very common. Hair removal creams are another cheap alternative and waxing is another method however I'm not a massive fan of waxing. A more long term hair removal method is laser hair removal. Theres loads of reasons why laser  hair removal is so popular. It's kinder to your skin that waxing and is suitable to most skin types and even on sensitive areas. It also lasts longer so you shouldn't have to worry about those hairs appearing whilst your away.

Theres loads more about hair removal here on the www.sknclinics.co.uk website as well as other treatments including milia removal and skin tightening treatments. Milia removal is not something i'd really heard of before. Milia is those little white spots that most people call 'milk spots'. Treatment is available from £50 at sknclinics. A short term way to lessen the appearance of milia is to use hot wet towels or facial scrubs, but this isn't a permanent solution. Lotions, it's very important to keep your skin hydrating before, whilst and after your holiday. I go away to get a nice tan so the last thing I want is for my skin to peel. I like to use after sun whilst i'm on holiday to moisturise my skin. I have so many lotions and body creams to choose from but i've included this Ted Baker lotion because it smells lovely and is a really nice formula. My skin goes very dry when i'm on holiday so I always bring plenty of moisturisers to keep my skin hydrated. Last year I brought along Liz Earle Skin Repair mosturiser which was very hydrating and I actually ended up using it on different areas that had started to peel as well as my face.
