Bags; no woman only ever has one. Whether it’s a closet full of designer handbags, a collection of clutches or a few trusty backpacks, we all have a favourite and your choice of hold-all can say a lot about you!

The Designer number


When Carrie Bradshaw said “I like my money where I can see it - hanging in my closet” this girl really related. Some people like to splash out on cars, others like to treat themselves to expensive holidays but she prefers to spend her hard earned cash on designer handbags. And why not? They’re investments, never go out of style and she can enjoy it every single day.

The Clutch


Chances are she is a bit of a night owl; sophisticated, cool and knows that all a girl really needs in life is a debit card, her keys and a fierce lipstick.

The Tote


Her bag is a treasure chest that could put Mary Poppins to shame. Phone charger? Check. Full makeup bag? Check. A whole load of receipts scrunched up at the bottom of the tote? Guilty as charged. She’s most likely to be in charge of making the plans in your friendship group, and point-blank refuses to leave the house unprepared - and she has the arm muscles to prove it. Though you often skit her for lugging so much around, you’re always happy the first to borrow her eyeliner and lippy on a night out!

The Backpack




This girl is trendy, and mysterious. She is forever at festivals or jetting across the world - all of which you follow, jealously, via her instagram.

The Briefcase

Contrary to popular belief, briefcases aren’t reserved exclusively for lawyers and the cast of Mad Men! This girl is cool, quirky and a sucker for anything vintage.

I haven't done a wishlist for a while so I thought i'd pop one together, I seem to be wanting to shop alot at the moment. I've been to Primark a few times and i've just placed a Space NK order so hopefully I can resist buying anything else till payday! I'm doing that thing where you just don't look at your bank balance and hope for the best!

I keep looking at handbags, I nearly bought this grey/ mink colour bag from H&M however I don't tend to use big bags so I put it down and then a girl came into work with this gorgeous J By Jasper Conran bag and I was like OOOOO but when I went into the Debenhams in Birmingham they didn't have it so again I managed to be good and not buy anything.

I bought a few bits in Kiko last month, you can see my haul here but I really want to pick up the Gwen Stefani palette by Urban Decay but I have so so many eye shadow palettes and can't seem to commit to buying it I did think Clint may have bought it me for Valentines but we didn't buy each other presents this year.

I keep looking at gym clothes too, I really want to get back to the gym but I can't really afford my membership right now so i'm going try and stick to my healthy eating and workout dvd. The sportswear in New Look is gorgeous. I love these geometric leggings and this yoga top.

These boots are lovely, it's still too cold outside to wear flats just yet so i'm still living in my boots. These Clarks boots from Brantano would be perfect and keep me going. I could put them away till next year because Clarks are such good quality and they are classic black suede boots. They are also half price right now!

Finally this Abbott Lyon watch, they are all so pretty. I really love the grey strap on this one and I love the silver face. I have a few watches but this one is just so classy and clean and would just go with any outfit.

You may or may not know that Zatchels have a lovely factory thats situated in the outskirts of Leicester ! I was one of about 10 bloggers who had the chance to visit the Zatchels factory to see where the magic happens! This is the first time Zatchels have ever invited bloggers to the factory.

On our factory tour we got to see how Zatchels make their lovely bags! I have to say I was pretty shocked when I walked in and realised that every single bag is handmade. The Zatchels team are very skilled and it was amazing to see them all working away and to see how much hard work goes into each bag.




Zatchels make their bags to order so if you was to go online and order a bag they would then make that bag especially for you! The leather is cut into different elements of the bag and then a team of people build that bag for you.

It was amazing to see how the bags come together and all the different colours, patterns, styles and textures as well as some limited edition bags like the Wheres Wally bag and also some bags that haven't even launched yet !

After the factory tour we were invited to the Launch of the Brand New Factory Outlet shop where you can get up to 40% off the retail price! The shops open from wednesdays to fridays ; 12- 6pm and saturdays 10.00 - 5.00pm theres free car parking and its situated just outside Leicester city centre at 10 Charter Street.

We had some amazing cakes that were made by the lovely bitsys cupcakery and strawberry's and cream mmm! I love all of the bags, if I was to buy one I seriously don't know how I would decide!!
They are amazing quality bags that would last you year after year and at the factory outlet you get some amazing discounts !! So if your in the Midlands I definitely recommend a visit to the brand new outlet store to get yourself an amazing Zatchels bag at an amazing price!!
