[GIFTED] BEAUTY: MISSGUIDED BABE NIGHT FRAGRANCE

How gorgeous is this packaging? I think it looks fab and it smells beautiful too! Babe Night is the new fragrance by Missguided. Normally known for their global fashion brand Missguided have an award-winning fragrance collection. The new addition is Babe Night which is a beautiful musky scent, perfect from day to night.

'The intoxicating new fragrance opens with citrus notes of lemon, orange and green apple and develops with heady accords of orange blossom, jasmine and spicy pink pepper. Base notes of musky vanilla, cedar and patchouli'' This creates a really sexy scent, it's warm and inviting.

I'm normally a fan of scents like Black Opium and Alien and this is such a 'me' fragrance. Its beautiful! I would wear this all day and night as it's a really versatile scent. It's quite fresh at first but once settled its such a lovely musky scent.  I really like this scent and i'm going to check out the other Missguided fragrances as they have a few other scents to choose from.

You get a decent 80ml bottle for £28 which is really resonable. It's a tin can style bottle so perfect to throw in your handbag as it won't get broken.

Avaliable now on missguided.com for £28 for 80ml

CHRISTMAS: PICK THE PERFECT FRAGRANCE THIS CHRISTMAS

It's December and with Christmas around the corner it's time to get organised and go shopping for those Christmas gifts. I haven't bought any presents yet as I have just had a baby so the last few weeks have just flown by and I haven't had chance to even think about Christmas. I will hopefully be able to order most of my shopping online and then will pop to the shops over the next week or so and get any other bits. I don't have many people to buy for and i'm sure our friends and family will be understanding that I haven't gone mad this year.

I love getting perfume for Christmas and I usually buy perfume for a few of our family members. My mom always asks for perfume and I always try and buy her something different. She tends to stick to the same few perfumes so I like getting her something new to try. It's really easy to shop for perfume on Fragrance Direct as they have so many different brands at really affordable prices. They also have really good descriptions of the fragrance so you can decide if it sounds like a scent you would like, they also have lots of reviews so you can see what other customers think.

I picked out this Marc Jacobs scent, it's described as a woody, sexy scent. It's gorgeous, the scent is really warm and sweet. It is a sexy scent and I'm so happy with it. I've had so many compliments on this perfume too. The bottle is gorgeous, I love the dark greeny/blue shade of the bottle and the gold detailing, this looks amazing on my dressing table.

I also picked out this Joop WOW fragrance, i've actually picked this out for my dad as he always needs new aftershave. I am a fan of the original Joop fragrance so I thought i'd see what the WOW fragrance is like. It is a very masculine scent, the combination of bergamot, cardamom and violet create a warm fragrance that is perfect for this season. It's not overpowering so perfect from day to night. I really like the bottle, it's simple but sleek.

Head on over to the Fragrance Direct site to check out all of the amazing fragrances they have to offer perfect to gift this Christmas. They have so much choice and with free delivery and a gift wrapping service it makes gift giving so easy. Do you have any fragrances on your wish list this Christmas? What is your favourite perfume or aftershave and what kind of scents do you usually go for?

GIFT GUIDE: GIFT IDEAS FOR HIM

In a couple of weeks Clint and I will be celebrating our 4 year anniversary. We always get each other a gift so i've been looking at what to get him. I find Clint quite easy to shop for as he's always grateful and happy with whatever I get him, I think this year he would love the new blues top as his one from last year hasn't washed great and the sponsor is coming off, so he could do with a new one. I thought i'd share a few gift ideas incase you have a Birthday or occasion coming up and need some gift ideas.

I know Clint has been looking for a new mens trimmer and this Panasonic one looks really good. This 3 in 1 trimmer allows you to shave, trim and style. It's cordless and easy to use. You can choose from 20 different cutting lengths so you can create the perfect style for you using the different attachments and functions.

You can't really go wrong with fragrance, although some people are very fussy when it comes to scents. I find it really easy to buy aftershave for Clint and my dad, they tend to like similar things. Clints favourite is Invictus by Paco Robanne which smells so good. A few of his other favourites include, Davidoff Cool Water and any of the David Beckham aftershaves.

Next up I saw this sock subscription on notonthehighstreet.com and I think it's such a good gift idea. Clint actually really likes getting socks for his birthday or Christmas. You can choose how long they receive the subscription for, I think its a really unique and cool way to gift socks.

Clint loves a Corona and would be very happy with a few bottles of his favourite beer for our anniversary. We will probably order a take away and i'll get him a couple of bottles of beer and have a chilled night in, that sounds like a perfect way to spend our anniversary.

I wanted to get him a cute gift and I spotted this key ring and I thought it would be cute to get something personalised. It's so easy to personalise gifts now. I was thinking of getting the date of our anniversary printed onto the keyring ( he can't forget the date then) or I thought getting our babies due date would be really cute, I could either put her name or we've been calling her petal so it's personal to us.

I really love buying gifts for people and have really enjoyed putting this gift guide together, do you struggle to buy for the men in your life? You can see my fathers day gift guide here for even more gift ideas for the men in your life.

GIFT GUIDE: FATHERS DAY GIFT IDEAS

Fathers Day is coming up so I thought i'd share some gift ideas for any Dad!

If you didn't see my post last week you can check it out here, *I featured some amazing fragrances from Fragrance Direct and talked about their Fathers Day Quiz to help you pick the perfect fragrance for your dad! They have a huge selection of different Fragrances so there's something for every dad.

If your dad isn't into aftershave or you wanted to get him something else I thought i'd share a few other gift ideas.

This Elevate Bluetooth speaker*  is a really good idea. It's affordable at only £15 right now on Amazon. A bluetooth speaker is a great gift idea, I use our bluetooth speaker all the time, when i'm cleaning the flat, out at the park for a picnic and in the garden in the summer. It's just so handy, charges quickly and the charge lasts a lot time.

You can't really go wrong with deodorant and shower gel sets. Dads always need smellies and they are a really affordable gift idea. Clint and my dad really like the David Beckham gift sets. This Men-U travel set* has everything you need to keep well groomed on your travels. Inside the stripes toiletry bag you get the Daily refresh shampoo, Shower Gel, the skin refresher set and the Liquidflex buddy tube. It's a lovely gift set and would make a really good fathers day present.

We've had our Amazon Fire Stick for a little while and think it's brilliant. You can watch loads of different shows and films on it. You can also log into your Netflix account or watch your favourite youtube videos. It's handy having everything in the same place.

The Black Zap Cap Bottle opener* is a really unique gift available here on www.findmeagift.co.uk it makes opening a bottle really easy and fun. Inside theres a magnet that when you push is down and pull back up it the cap is off your bottle.

This oval I Love Dad tin* is perfect for Fathers Day which is full of amazing miniature versions of their classic pure butter shortbread fingers, rounds, ovals and triangles. Please note this line is a limited edition UK web exclusive and is only available while stocks last. TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR FREE DELIVERY PROMO ON THIS TIN, ENTER DISCOUNT CODE ILOVEDAD17 IN CAPITALS AT THE CHECKOUT AND CLICK THE 'APPLY' BUTTON TO ACTIVATE.

BEAUTY: FRAGRANCE DIRECT HAUL

Today I have a huge Fragrance Direct haul to share with you ! If you haven't heard of Fragrance Direct before they are an online beauty retailer. They stock lots of amazing brands and beauty products and always have the latest products for a fraction of the retail price.

I have got myself lots of goodies so I thought i'd share my haul so you can see some of the amazing brands they stock.

I picked out this Hugo Boss perfume, it's called Boss The Scent and i've smelled this a few times and I really like it. It's a seductive and luxurious scent, the packaging is just gorgeous.

I also went for this Narciso Rodriguez fragrance Fleur Musc has a scent of Roses, spices and amber wood which is really up my street, I love floral but spicy scents! I've never tried any Narciso Rodriguez fragrances before so i'm excited to try this out.

I couldn't stop myself from picking out a couple of Bobbi Brown bits. This lipstick is such a gorgeous shade. It's one of their Creamy Matte lipsticks in the shade True Pink which is this really pretty pink shade. I haven't tried any Bobbi Brown lipsticks before so i'm excited to give it a try. I swatched it on my hand and the consistency is really good, such a good colour payoff.

I also picked out the Bobbi Brown Ink Liner in Blackest Black, I have actually tried this already because I was running out of my usual Eye liner and I love this! It's really easy to use. It's such a good black liner, it's so dark and didn't irritate my eyes. I have sensitive eyes so sometimes struggle with eye liner.

Nars is one of my absolute favourite brands so when I spotted a few Nars bits on Fragrance Direct I had to pick something up. I thought i'd try the Nars Concealer, i've used their radiant creamy concealer before but not this one. I got the shade Vanilla which is a good light shade. It's really creamy and easy to blend, i'm excited to give it a proper try.

I've used a few High Definition products before but only their brow products so when I spotted they did foundation and other base products I was very interested. I picked up their Beauty fluid foundation which is a lightweight formula and blends very easily. I've only tried it a couple of times but it really reminds me of Nars Sheer glow formula which is one of my favourites!

How gorgeous is this Glow and Ray eyeshadow palette in Golden Dunes. They are really pretty shimmery shades. They are really silky and easy to apply.

I hope you liked my haul, I was kindly sent these products from fragrance direct. What are your favourite brands and products that you buy from Fragrance Direct? Have you got some beauty bits in your wishlist?

* This post contains PR Samples, I have been honest and the above opinions are my own.

THREE MINUTE MAKE UP CHALLENGE WITH FRAGRANCE DIRECT

I have kindly been sent these three products from Fragrance Direct and set a three minute make up challenge. It was difficult but i've done it.

I have been sent Loreal studio secrets high definition smoothing foundation, Max Factor Lash extension  effect and UNE Blush.

NO MAKE UP

APPLY FOUNDATION 1 MIN 26 SECONDS
I applied using the Loreal Studio Secrets brush to certain areas nose, forehead, chin and then used a buffing brush in circular motions to blend it in.

APPLY BLUSHER!
Using a buffing brush I applied the blusher to my cheeks.
2 MINUTES 15 SECONDS
FINALLY APPLY MASCARA.
I applied a light amount of mascara, with more time I would usually build up my mascara abit more.
This took me to my 3 Minutes and I stopped applying!

I do have to rush out sometimes and now I know I can get a natural finish in just 3 minutes I have no excuse! I could spend an extra 30 mins in bed haha!

It was so hard to do my make up in just three minutes however the Loreal foundation has a built in brush making it abit easier to apply. The blusher was very easy to blend and apply so this again speeded up my time and I tried to be slow and steady when applying the mascara so I didn't smudge it or poke myself in the eye!

Have you tried a three minute make up challange?

My Favourite Fragrances of 2012

Vera Wang-Princess Marc Jacobs- DOT Lady Gaga- Fame Vivienne Westwood- Naughty Alice

I've decided to pick out some of my favourite products of 2012 and i've started with fragrances, i've picked out eye products, make up, skin care and nail polishes too so look out for those over the next few days- I also have a couple of items that I bought in the River Island sale to show you and a new bag that I can't wait to show you all! I've not been blogging alot over the christmas period but hopefully things should go back to normal soon with some lovely reviews of some of my christmas presents coming soon!

Vera Wang Princess is my all time favourite perfume- I get bottles and bottles of the stuff. I've had this about 6 or 7 times and i've tried the other versions like rock princess, preppy princess and glam princess but this is the best one. Its such a lovely sweet scent and its such a unique fragrance. I actually got this bottle for Christmas off my momma :)

Marc Jacobs Dot was one of those perfumes that I got because I liked the bottle- It was actually a birthday present off Daniel that I made him buy me. I've nearly used it all and I only got it in september but I really like it, Its a fruity/ floral scent which is really nice and subtle.

Lady Gaga Fame is a very nice sweet but more grown up smell. I don't usually go for 'celebrity' fragrances but I had to have this one as soon as I smelt it I knew I wanted to get it and then Daniel bought it for our anniversary yay :)

Naughty Alice by Vivienne Westwood is also one of my favourites- this is the second time i've bought it. I picked this up a couple of months ago in tkmaxx I think it was like £25 which is a bargain. It smells really nice like an expensive talc which I understand £25 is abit much to smell like talc but its lovely and the packaging is really cute.
