[AD-GIFTED] LILY LULU QUILTED FAUX FUR HOODED COAT

Well Hello Autumn!!

Autumn is the perfect season for walks in the park, searching for conkers, kicking those crispy autumn leaves!! A must have for Autumn is a warm, waterproof coat with a huge hood! This coat from Lily Lulu ticks all of the boxes and is also gorgeous.

I went for Black as most of my boots are black and I needed a new black coat. This style also comes in Red, Mustard and Khaki so it's a great find.

It's super cosy, the puffer style makes it feel big warm and comfy! I love all of the gold hardware and the gold buckles are lovely. It also has a couple of zips on the back at the bottom which look nice too. It just makes the coat look really expensive and not plain.

Its a short length coat, it looks a little longer on me as i'm short and was also wearing a high waist skirt.  It's a nice length, perfect for wearing with jeans, a skirt or dress!

The main feature of this coat is the huge faux fur trim on the hood, this is detachable which is fab! Sometimes I like to take the fur off my coats to switch it up a little so it looks like a new coat. The faux fur trim is perfect for the autumn winter months and makes this coat super cosy for the cooler days.

It's such good quality and feels really sturdy and much more expensive than the price!

Overall i'm super happy with my new coat, i'd happily pay £65 for it, i've actually been eyeing up the Mustard one. It's such good quality and looks fab. It's going to be perfect for autumn/ winter especially my cold morning walks to work.

* disclaimer, this coat has been gifted in return of a review on my blog.

FASHION: EMBROIDERED COLD SHOULDER TOP AND CORD SKIRT

TOP: PRIMARK // SKIRT: PRIMARK // NECKLACE: PRIMARK // BOOTS: NEW LOOK // WATCH : JOHNNY LOVES ROSIE * // JACKET: NEW LOOK // SCARF : H&M

I was so cold whilst having these photos taken today, thats devotion! It was absolutely freezing so no idea why I thought i'd wear this cold-shoulder top from Primark for todays outfit. However I love this top and i'm so glad Clint picked it from Primark. I love my cord skirt which is also from Primark, i've been wearing this so much since I got it. I wore this with my Jacket from New Look and my big grey scarf from H&M which is so cosy. We did a spot of shopping today and I picked up a new coat which I will show you soon, it's a nice cosy but practical coat with a hood! I also got some new black boots from Primark and I picked up a pair of those basic £5 ugg style boots from Primark just to wear around the house or to the shop so that my feet are nice and snug!

I am putting my Christmas Gift Guides together over the next week or so and they should be live towards the end of November/ Early December.

OUTFIT POST: CLINT'S FIRST OUTFIT POST FEATURING JACAMO

COAT: JACAMO* // JUMPER: BLUE INC // JEANS: // BOOTS: TIMBERLAND

So the other day the lovely people at Jacamo asked if Clint would fancy reviewing a coat on my blog. Well of course he jumped at the chance and we had a lot of fun taking his outfit photos. The rain steered clear so we got some lovely photos.

''The jacket is a quilted farmer style jacket, it has lots of pockets which is good. The jacket is a dark blue/ black colour with brown detailing on the collar and gold buttons and zips. I normally go for an XS however the smallest size was a S but this is a comfy fit and there's abit of room for my thick jumpers. It's thicker than I thought it was going to be so it's been great this week since its been freezing. The coat is a good quality material and has been made very well. I can see this coat lasting me years, they have gone to lots of effort with the detailing. I love the yellow check pattern inside and the corduroy brown detailing on the collar and inside.''

The jacket also comes in Khaki and is available in sizes S to 4XL it retails at £50 and is avaible here at Jacamo

OUTFIT POST: IT'S WINTER NOW

COAT: C/O JD WILLIAMS * // JUMPER: THE RAGGED PRIEST // SKIRT: TOPSHOP //
SLIP ONS : PRIMARK // WATCH: OLIVIA BURTON

So today I went into town for a little meeting with the lovely Holly, shes the account manager for ClareFordePR and came down to Birmingham to share some amazing brands and products.
So today I popped on my favourite new coat from JD Williams with a fluffy jumper and my check skirt from Topshop. It's been so cold today, it's starting to feel like winter now but I was so snug in my fluffy coat!

OUTFIT POST: TEDDY FUR COAT C/O JD WILLIAMS

COAT : JD WILLIAMS

I know another new coat, I really couldn't help myself. I was offered the chance to review something from the JD Williams website and this coat just called me! It's so perfect, I keep seeing pink coats on the highstreet and I think they are so lovely. I love that pastels are still in this season.

The coat is a texture boucle fabric, which is really nice. It kind of looks like candy-floss! It's a great length for the cool weather were having right now, it sits just above the knee.

I love that it's quirky because it's pink but the shape is quite formal /classic with the lapels. It would look great in so many different ways. I'll be featuring it in many more outfit posts so keep and eye out for those.

I've had lots of compliments on my coat, everyone at work loves it and likes to stroke it  :)

The coat retails at £80* on the JD Williams website and is also available in Black.

OUTFIT POST: WHAT I WORE TO LONDON

COAT: PRIMARK* // JACKET: F&F // CAMI: NEW LOOK // JEANS: NEW LOOK //
SHOES: PRIMARK // NECKLACE: RIVER ISLAND // BAG: FOLLI FOLLIE*

This is what I wore on Thursday to London, I headed down for the New Balance press event, I loved the event, it was amazing finding out about the different styles of New Balance and the different performance levels. I will be talking more about this when I do a blog post about the event.

I was really struggling what to wear because we've been having such cold mornings. I thought my jeans would be comfy for walking and getting the tube, these shoes from Primark are so comfy so were perfect for walking around. I popped on my pink jacket so if I did need to take my coat off I still had a jacket on. And my coat from Primark which I've basically worn everyday since I got it.

OUTFIT POST: CHECK SKIRT, TARTAN SCARF

Coat: Primark *// Scarf: H&M // Jumper: The Ragged Priest // Skirt: Topshop // Slip ons: Primark* // Bag: Folli Follie* // Necklace: Primark

I was so happy that the rain stayed away long enough for me to get some outfit photos done. I'm loving my bargain Primark jacket right now, it was only £23! I think its perfect for Autumn, I tend to go out in the so don't really want a huge big coat but this is perfect and keeps me warm enough. I've got my tartan scarf out! I love it. I am wearing so much black right now and so much monochrome but I love it. My scarf is just the right amount of colour. I finally have a pair of slip on's aswell, I got this pair from Primark. I tried on the Topshop ones that everyone has but I didn't think they suited me, they were just a little too sporty however these pointed ones from Primark are a bit more chic, and seem to suit me so much better!

*Disclosure, I was gifted a gift card from Intu Merry Hill and used this to purchase my coat and shoes, I haven't been asked to blog about my purchases and all opinions above are my own.
