PRETTY YOUNG THING

 I've quickly put together this post, it's a selection of products I would take along to a festival. When you go to a festival you want products that will enable you to look your best but not take up alot of room. I went to Vfestival a few years ago and I had to travel to essex on the train so the last thing I wanted was loads and loads of massive products to haul around.

Floral browns and scrunchies are great ways of hiding those bits of grease, you can pop your hair up and style it out!

The texturising spray is another great way to style your hair when its not looking so great. This will add texture to your hair and give you a more beach wave effect.

Bring your fake tan along, if its raining or something gets thrown over the crowd (water, beer , pee) Your going to want to reapply your tan.

Energy drinks will keep you going however limit how many you drink as they are not very good for you.

Some spf for your skin, you may want to bring a bigger sunscreen if you know its going to be very hot however its a good idea to have a small handy size that you can pop in your bag as the weather could change very quickly so you may think you won't need it and you might. Also being outside for such a long period of time could cause you to burn without realising.

I won this lovely kimono in a twitter competition. Its such a lovely light silky material. Its very comfy and i've worn it loads since it arrived.

I think this is quite a festival style outfit. I would wear denim shorts instead of jeans if I was going to a festival. I'm going to be bring my kimono on holiday I think it will make a nice cover up during the day by the pool just over a bikini.

I'm going to be working pretty much full time between now and my holiday, I will still have lots of time to blog. I'm finishing uni tomorrow which is going to be nice :) Were having a farewell party and we will be getting some awards.

Bit of a different review today. I have started eating abit healthier and I have been calorie counting. I do alot of walking and have wanted a pedometer for a while so I jumped at the chance to review this Ozeri digital pedometer.

I have tried apps that count your steps and calories burned however i've found them to be very inaccurate because it adds steps when your not actually moving but when your using your phone.

This pedometer is a much more accurate figure and it records steps, distance, speed and calories.
It has a 7 day memory, it has a calender and clock built in.

I've been using it to keep tabs on my walking and then using this data alongside my healthy eating to work out what calories i'm burning. I want to bring this on holiday aswell as I find I walk loads more on holiday and this is such a lovelty small light device that is easy to carry around.

I would recommend this as its such a handy little size and is so accurate, you can buy it online from amazon for only £15.95.

I've been browsing the Firmoo site for a while, they do lots of work with bloggers so it's one of those companies I heard alot about. They have a huge range of prescription glasses and sunglasses in different styles, colours and prices.

I picked this tortoise coloured pair of sunglasses. I'm off on holiday in a few weeks so these are perfect. They are a really nice current shape and colour and are very fashionable. They are very sturdy and good quality.

I'm very happy with these glasses and I would order from Firmoo again, at £39 they are abit steap for sunglasses but you are paying for the quality and if you require prescription sunglasses they are actually a great value for money.
 

I loveee this dress, the colour is so pretty and the whole dress is just a lovely style and shape. It's very flattering and i'm so happy with it. With it being lovely and sunny today I wish I could of spent all day in the garden with a drink in my hand however I spent it at work boo! So when I got home I thought I would treat myself to a cocktail and decided to have a little browse on the southern comfort website to find some great recipes. I love a nice light fruity cocktail so decided to keep it simple. I poured the Southern Comfort over ice first, a fairly decent measure... followed by orange juice which I filled up to the half way mark and then filled the glass with lemonade. I finished with some clementine garnish as thats all I had in however you could use orange or lemon for a more citrus taste.

This cocktail is a really lovely fresh summery drink. It's sweet and light which is what I like in a cocktail, you can play around and use different ingredients maybe you would prefer it still so you wouldn't use the lemonade or you could use pinapple or mango juice if you prefer. There's so many different cocktails you can create using Southern Comfort which is why the website is great! You can easily find loads and loads of different recipes and they are really easy to follow and give you some great tips !
