CHRISTMAS: CHRISTMAS GIFT IDEAS FROM LUSH

It's Christmas which means LUSH have all of their amazing gift sets in store and online! I'm a huge fan of LUSH and some of their Christmas products are my absolute favourites! They have a huge range of gift sets and they vary in price so there is something to suit every budget.

I think you can't really go wrong with LUSH products as gifts. They do lots of different gift sets, or if your looking for a smaller gift you can buy an individual product such as a bath bomb or shower gel.
I know LUSH isnt for everyone but they actually do a huge range of products, even some very subtle ones with hardly any scent for people who don't like strong smells. They also sell massage bars and fresh cleansers so they have something for everyone.

I'm going to talk about a few of their amazing Christmas gift sets that are available this season. First is the Merry Christmas gift set, this includes 4 bath bombs so is perfect for any bath lovers. I love getting Christmas bath bombs, this set actually includes the Golden Wonder bath bomb which is one of my all time favourites because it' so pretty ( I haven't photographed it because it actually broke in the box but it's a gold present shape ) It creates lots of blue and yellow colour in the bath and has a really gorgeous citrus scent!  This gift set also includes the Shoot For The Stars gifts set which is a lovely blue bath bomb with gold glittery stars in, the Cocoa butter in this bath bomb leaves your skin feeling super soft and the gold glitter sits on top of the colbalt blue water like a midnight sky. I haven't tried Thundersnow before so i'm looking forward to giving that a try. Apparently it smells like peppermint which just screams Christmas to me so i'm so excited to try this one out. I bet it leaves you feeling so fresh. Finally the Christmas Sweater bath bomb which I also think is another new one, this one is a more spicy, gingery scent so another festive scent and it makes the water red, orange and yellow.

Next is the Snow Fairy gift set. Snow Fairy is an iconic Christmas Scent from Lush. It's super popular and I remember it used to sell out over Christmas because it was so popular. I think they hold better stock now to keep up with the demand but I know people stock up on it for the year as it's only around at Christmas. The set contains 4 Snow Fairy products including the shower gel, body conditioner, jelly bomb and reusable magic wand. The gift is perfect for a Snow Fairy fan. They also have a smaller set, Little Snow Fairy which contains the shower gel and jelly bomb.

Best Wishes is another gift set available this year and it includes Christmas Sweater bath bomb, a snowman bubbleroon and the Saucy Snowcake soap. This set has abit more variety of products so would be good for someone who hasn't tried any Lush products before but want's to give some a try.

The sets vary in price but they start off very reasonable. They are beautifully packaged in either a decorative box or wrapped in a lovely festive paper and finished off with a bow. They are a lovely gift idea. Check out the LUSH website to see what other sets they have and you can search by price making it super easy to stick to budget. The website is really informative so any product information / ingredients etc you can find everything you need.

BEAUTY: MY BOXING DAY SALES LUSH HAUL

You may think i'm crazy for braving the shops on Boxing Day but as I work in retail and along with Christmas Day it's the only day I get off work to go sale shopping so this year we got up and went into Birmingham to so a spot of shopping. Clint got himself some bargains but I didn't do very well, I picked up a couple of tops in New Look. We went into Lush but they had nothing left and the queue was out the door. So we drove to Solihull which is where we live to have a little mooch around the shops there. The Lush in Solihull was Closed as they shut early so I was gutted! I had been trying to get online for the Sale all day but I was in a super long queue, I managed to get on and get a few bits which I was very happy about and then I popped into Solihull before work on the 27th and got a couple of other bits.

My favourite Christmas bath bomb is Golden Wonder which is the big Gold Present, inside theres lots of amazing colours and its really cool. I also love Northern Lights which is another favourite as the colours are so so pretty. Another Fave is Luxury Lush Pud again because the colours are so pretty and it smells amazing.I like Butterbear as a nice relaxing bath time treat so stocked up on those.

Father Christmas is a subtle snow fairy kind of scent so I thought i'd get a few of them too!

I wish i've have got another few Shoot for the Stars as the stars have cocoa butter inside so leave your very soft and glittery.

Never Mind the Ballistics is a newbie and again I wish i'd have picked up some in the sale. Clint bought me this one. I haven't tried this yet though so i'm excited to give it ago.

I also got a Snow Fairy Shower Gel as it was a bargain. I got So white for Christmas off Clint as he got me a couple of bath bombs YAY!

You can check out my Christmas Lush Haul 2016 which is the goodies I picked up before Christmas, these have all gone now which is why I got some Sale goodies.

EVENT: LUSH CHRISTMAS BLOGGER EVENT COVENTRY

I was kindly invited along to the LUSH Coventry blogger event to have a look at the NEW Christmas goodies they have in store. I've been to LUSH COVENTRY events before, check out my haul from a couple of years ago here LUSH HAUL

We started off the evening by talking about the latest skincare. Buche De Noel is back! I've used this before, it's a lovely cleanser. It's really gentle but exfoliates the skin. It contains satsuma and cranberry so it's really christmassy!

There's new body conditioners to get excited about! It's all about Snow Fairy and Christingle! Snow Fairy is probably the most popular Christmas scent from Lush and the Body Conditioner is amazing! I find the Snow Fairy shower gel a little over powering, however I really like the body conditioner as the scent is more subtle.

Shower Gels! Since having our own place i've found I have more showers than baths so I tried a few shower gels last year! I really like them, last years favourites were Twilight and Rose Jam. Rose Jam is back this year which is amazing! A new addition is Bubble which is an amazing orange / citrus scent! There's lots of amazing shower products aswell as the shower gels this year. The shower jellies are back and there's some amazing shower roulade's in the collection this year. The Yog Nog scent has made a comeback in the Yog Log Roulade and the candy cane roulade smells incredible. The roulades are really soft and moisturizing!

Soaps! The soaps are very impressive this year. My favourite is shooting stars which has lime and Bergamont scent, it smells lovely. It has a Sherbert scent which is lovely. Santa's postbox is a lovely Christmassy Citrusy scent. Reindeer rock is back! It's a different colour and smells like the twilight scent from last year.

The bath bombs and bubble bars are amazing! The range is huge! My new favourites are Mistletoe bath bomb and shoot for the stars. There's lots of lovely bubble bars as well, the Christmas penguin is back and The magic of Christmas is back with it's christmassy scent. Some of the new bubble bars include Jester with its tangerine and mandarin scent and Santasaurus which smells like all things Christmas.

As usual they have their amazing Christmas gift sets in which are full of Christmas goodies. There's a gift for everyone as they vary in size and price!

#LUSHCHRISTMAS EVENT COVENTRY

Last week I attended the #LushChristmas event in Coventry, I rushed straight from work and was worried I wasn't going to make it but I have to say it was well worth power walking across Coventry!

When I arrived everyone was just about to head inside and we were introduced to the lovely staff of the Coventry store, some of which I've seen before as I used to go to Coventry University and would spend many student loan days in Lush Coventry!

We were given to option to walk around the store as a group or in smaller groups to see the latest Christmas and Halloween Selection.

First of all I headed over to the bath bombs and bubble bars! I'm loving all of the new collection in particular Luxury Lush Pud, which has made a comeback but this year its PINK! Northern Lights is AMAZING ! Its a bath bomb as the ends fizz away it leaves amazing yellows and blues within the purple water.  (shown in photo below its the purple one)

Next over to look at the soaps and shower gels! I bought Yog Nog which has a gorgeous honeycomb kind of smell to it. Its made from Soya Yoghurt and just smells so christmasy ! I got given a sample of Reindeer Rock which is another soap, this one has reindeers engraved into it! Its smells so sweet and fruity, the scent is so calming! Of course Snow Fairy has returned and I have to say this year I don't think it's as strong which for me is great! Last year I found my bottle was just a little too overpowering however I might get myself a bottle this year and try it again.

I gave Santas lip scrub and santa baby lip tint ago aswell. I am in love with the lip scrub, it exfoliates the lips and doesn't leave a nasty taste. It smells lovely aswell. I really regret not buying the lip tint as it looked really nice on my lips so I may have to go and buy it!

Theres a huge selection of amazing gift sets for Christmas! They are such good value for money with some of the best bath bombs and bubblebars inside. We spotted an advent calender style gift which is £49.95 and contains 12 gifts. They also have HUGE giftsets for those BIG Lush Fans! You could get them the Ultimate Christmas Gift this year like White Christmas which contains 17 products.

I had such an amazing time at the event and I'd like to thank Lush Coventry for inviting me. I had a great catch up with the other bloggers and finally got to meet a few people so it was all round an amazing night. We were all given a very generous goodie bag which was full of different products and then I also went a little crazy and bought a few bits and pieces! I will be reviewing these as I use them so keep an eye open for those.
