REVIEW : USA PRO FITNESS COLLECTION

USA PRO Body Bands & USA PRO Resistance Bands*

I recently joined the gym and really got into it! I was concentrating on trying to tone up so I was going on the tredmills and rowing machine but also concentrating on using the other equipment like weights. These products from USA PRO are great for people who don't want to sign up to the gym or even want to continue working out from home. The body bands and resistance rope are great for working on the upper body.

Get the resistance rope here - It's great for working on that upper body strength. I found it really easy to use and it was really stretchy for those who want to push themselves that bit extra but its also great for taller people because you can stretch it further. I like that its got the big handles making it really easy to hold. The handles are also really comfy so your hands don't hurt during your workout! The resistance rope is on sale now and is only £7.49

The Body Bands are on sale for £5.99 - They are also great for toning. You can use them in different ways so you can use them to tone the upper body or you can use the body bands in other ways,  you can easily google different ways to tone using body bands for loads of really good ideas. In the box you get 3 different colour bands and they are different weights so you get a light, medium and heavy band.
I really enjoyed using the body bands and felt my arms ache showing that I was toning my arm muscle .

Both of these products are lightweight and easy to pack so if you wanted to bring them along to the park or to exercise on your way to work or even if you want to work out whilst your holiday. They are so lightweight and space saving that you could easily pack them away without worrying about the weight!

Get yours now whilst they are on sale and with this lovely weather were having get out in the garden instead of being cooped up in the gym and save yourself some money !

Benefit's Benefayre in Birmingham Raising awareness for Refuge

Shirt: Primark // Skirt : River Island // Sandals :Primark

I was very lucky to be invited along to Benefits #Benefayre in Birmingham! It's a great event to save money for Refuge. Refuge is a charity that works with women and children who have suffered domestic violence. The charity do so much for the victims and their duties include emotionally and physically helping victims through domestic violence as well as helping women with court cases and injunction's. All the proceeds from the #Benefayre goes to Refuge so it's actually for a great cause.

The #Benefayre was so cute I loved all the little stalls and games and it looked amazing with the benefit tent and benches. I love the white picket fences too!

The amazing fairground games included the hello flawless game where you used the balls to knock over the hello flawless foundations and I won a mini Bad Gal Lash !
Then I played hoopla featuring They're Real mascara brushes and I won a mini cha cha tint
I had a go of Porefessional shooting game where you had to shoot the lemons and I won a really cute benefit cosmetics bag and then I played hook-a-duck! and won a cute little Porefessional comic book.

After playing some games I had some popcorn and the lovely people form Little Miracles donated some of their amazing organic energy drinks that, I had green tea with ginseng, pomegranate and acai which was so gorgeous and refreshing !

I had a little play with the photo booth and then the lovely Lauren refreshed my make up for me.

To pay for the games, make overs, face paints, food and drink all you have to buy tokens! Each token is worth £1 and all the money goes to the Refuge charity so the more you play, eat and drink the more you donate! The games are great and alot of fun and all the Benebabes are lovely and definitely made my day!

Refuge are such a great charity and it's great that Benefit understand that its hard for smaller charities to get out there and heard. The #Benefayre is coming to a city near you ! Its visiting

My Duty Free Purchases

Whilst I was in duty free I had a very quick look in Mac and was keeping an eye out for a new lipstick and I discovered Bombshell, It's a very similar lipstick to Angel but its more of a pink tone. Its a frost lipstick so it's a similar finish to Angel aswell but It's abit less nude and more pink.

I also picked up the Mac studio finish concealer because I didn't realise how cheap this actually was, it was £12 which means its £14 or £15 which I thinks quite reasonable compared to some other similar brands.

I'm absolutly loving bombshell its really nice and it's just such a lovely neutral kind of lipstick that you can wear from day to day!

The concealer is also really nice and I feel that it conceals my dark circles without leaving my face feeling cakey! I'm very impressed so far !

VIDEO | What Make Up I'm Taking To Turkey

Hello guys, here's a peak of what make up I will be taking to Turkey and what products I'll be using on my face for the next 2 weeks

I don't get cream blushers

 Benefit - fine one one*
Bourjois - Cream Blush 03
Topshop - Louise Gray Cream blush Duo

I thought i'd show you guys my cream blushers. I picked up these three up in a short space of time. I don't really like cream blushers so these three basically sit in my drawer unused!

I just can't seem to apply cream blushers - I literally look like i've walked into something when I apply these to my cheeks.

I've tried watching videos etc and still can't seem to master it. If you have any tips or if you have a problem with cream blushers I would love to know!

Benefit's fine one one really attracted me- the packaging is nice and I love the idea of the different shades and a highlighter. I also like the idea that you can swipe it on easily.

I wanted the Bourjois blush so bad! Everyone was raving about it so I had to have it!

The topshop blush duo was in the sale for like £3 so I picked it up and I love the orange and pink shades.
