GET THAT NUDE LIP AT A BUDGET PRICE!

So everyone seems to be going crazy over the Kylie Jenner Nude Lip, Sales of Mac's Velvet Teddy have gone through the roof! I'm really not a huge fan of matte lips so I went in search of some nude lip products to have a play with. I wanted to find some affordable products so I headed to boots.

I picked up the Loreal Paris Infaillable Lip Liner in 708 Always Toasted, Loreal Paris 630 Beige A Nu Color Riche lipstick and Rimmel London 077 Asia lipstick. As you can see from my swatched below these are nice nudes shades with a slight pink colour to them.

The Rimmel London formula is really nice and has a slight matte finish, as I said I don't really like matte formulas because I find them drying on my lips. The rimmel one is really nice your lips feel hydrated and moisturised but the finish isn't glossy, its just got a slight hydrated finish rather than completly matte and dry. The colour is a nude with a slight pink/brown colour to it which is really nice and it works well with the lip liner that I picked up.

The Loreal Paris Color Riche is a really similar shade, it has abit more peach undertone to it. Again it leaves the appearance of a matte lip product but is actually quite moisturising on the lips and isn't drying. It's less matte than the Rimmel forumla but its such a lovely lipstick

The Loreal Paris lip liner is really easy to use, I think next time i'd rather buy a pencil rather than a twist up mechanical style pencil. I snapped it a couple of times so ended up wasting loads of product and I'd like to be able to sharpen the pencil for a more defined and precise line. It's easy to use and long lasting, the colour is really versatile and you'd be able to use it with loads of lipsticks.

REVIEW: Nude Perfect cleansing oil face and oil

NUDE Perfect Cleansing Oil Face and eyes - £28* - NUDESKINCARE

I've been using this NUDE cleansing oil in between the Miracle Mask for about a week or so. I have recently started loving oils and balms and came across this NUDE one.

I like oils because they are light and I think they rub into the pores deeper! The oils exfoliate and deeply clean all impurities. It even removes very tough eye make up but leaves the skin feeling soft and clean.

to use - Rub about 2 or 3 pumps into warm hands and massage onto a dry face and around the eyes
          - Add water to the face to make the oil milky.
          - Rinse clean

This cleansing oil doesn't contain any sulphates or mineral oils so its really gentle on your skin.

I'm loving NUDE skincare ! For £28 you get a 100ml bottle but because its an oil you don't need alot of product and because i'm using some other products like the NUDE Miracle mask I think this bottle should last a couple of months!

REVIEW: NUDE miracle mask

NUDE skincare: Miracle mask - £38*

Miracle mask is an exfoliating mask by NUDE. The mask contains AHA's with rice beads to reveal an instantly flawless, radiant complexion. The beads are really little and gentle but this mask is amazing.

- You apply the mask using your fingers, make sure you apply to any problem areas, leave for about 5 minutes and then rinse. This then removes any dead skin and reduces the appearance of pores.

I have quite large pores and I actually noticed a difference after using this product just once, I've used it a few times and I must say that I can see visible results. I am going to start using this once a week to unclog my pores and i'm hoping that this should make my pores reduce significantly.

You don't really need to use a lot of product and by using this product once a week I think it's a real value for money. I think £38 is ALOT of money but this is a 'Miracle' product. It actually works on my skin and visibly reduces my pores. If this product continues to work on my skin I will defiantly be repurchasing.

So far i'm very impressed with NUDE and will be reviewing a few more NUDE skincare products soon so look out for those.

REVIEW : Rimmel London Apocalips Lip Lacquer with swatche

Apocalips RRP £5.99
Currently on 3 for 2 at boots

I just had to jump on the apocalips bandwagon and with rimmel being on 3 for 2 it seemed rude not to pick up a couple or 3 ;) I got Luna, Nova and Nude Eclipse.

Nude Eclipse is a lovely nude/ browny pink shade. Its very cute and I just love it. It is my favourite out of the Apocalips collection. The formula is like that of a lipgloss but it leaves a very moist and shiny colour but it feels like a lipstick. Its long lasting and doesn't smell or taste nasty.

Luna is more of a coral colour, its really nice and not too orange once you apply it to the lips. I really like this shade and think its a nice everyday shade because its still quite neutral once its applied.

Nova is PINK, its a lovely bright pink. I do love a nice pink for when I go out or if I feel like wearing a lippy. Brighton Rock from the Topshop range is one of my fave pinks and this is very similar its just abit darker. so If your looking for a dupe but from a gloss I would go for this.

What do you think of the Apocalips range have you tried them yet?
I love Rimmel's lip range! I love the Kate Moss Lippies and now Apocalips !
