REVIEW: Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser

Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser 100ml Starter Kit £14.25*

I was so glad to try this cleanser because literally theres so many great reviews by other bloggers and I really wanted to see what all the hype was about. I bought the No 7 Hot cloth cleanser when the No 7 Vouchers were about (see review here) I bought that as an alternative because it was cheaper so I jumped at the chance to try the Liz Earle one.

I love the little bag that the Starter Kit comes in! Its really cute and handy and would be lovely if you going away and wanted to bring this with you. The packaging for Liz Earle products are really nice and simplistic and I love the matte feel. I also like that this product has a pump, I like using products like cleansers that have pumps because it just keeps them cleaner.

The smell is really nice too - I noticed with the No 7 version there wasn't really a smell but with the Liz Earle Hot Cloth Cleanser you can smell the oils, camomile and theres a hint of tea tree in the smell. You apply the product to dry skin and it rubs in really nice and then I like to relax by soaking the muslin cloth, rinsing it and placing it over your face for that spa like feeling. Then you use the cloth to remove the product and wet your face with cold water and dab your face dry with a towel.

Afterwards my face felt really soft and smooth. I think it is rather expensive but products like this last along time and I really didn't use alot of product and could see this 100ml bottle lasting for ages.
I would really recommend it and I really can't wait to try out some more Liz Earle products

My skincare routine.

kleenex facial cloths; T-zone shine control cleansing wipes; tesco sensitive eye make-up remover; No 7 foaming cleanser garnier deep clean foam wash; lush breath of fresh air toner water; clean and clear shine control and monu recovery balm moisturiser;

heres a few products that i use- i have really oily and shiny skin that is prone to breakouts and spots, i use a few shine control products aswell cleansers; i prefer foaming cleansers and i would really reccomend the No 7 foaming cleanser as its really nice to the skin and smells nice. you may be thinking ergg tesco eye make-up remover, this is the first time ive used it but it was 80p and its amazing; its really sensitive, it doesnt hurt your eyes at all and it removes all your make up not just eye make up- so for those on a tight budget get yourself down to tesco- they have a whole range of products too. i really like my monu moisturiser and ill be gutted when ive finished it- ill probably buy the full size product as its for stressed skin and i feel it really works and refreshes my skin.

you can read my lush toner water post here.

what i bought today #1

foaming cleanser £9

mousse foundation £12.50
if you read my blog you will know i struggle to find foundations that take to my oily skin; i came across this No7 foundation last time i had a No7 voucher its ususally £12.50 so this makes it £7.50 which is fair enough for a foudation. i really like the way it applied but it started to go abit funny around my eyebrows. anyway after trying loads of foundations i am back to this because i have another voucher. i also bought some primer and this foam cleanser because boots are doing 3 for 2 on alot of things. so i payed £18.50 for these three items which i dont think is bad at all!
the cleanser and the primer smell sooo nice - i will review when i use themm.
what are you spending your No7 vouchers on?

REVIEW; No7 Mineral Perfection Blusher

No7 mineral perfection blusher (rose pink) £9.00
(the picture doesnt do the shimmer any justice)

I've been using this blusher for a few days and I really like it. I've been looking into buying a new blusher, ive been using the same avon blusher for awhile now as i like the shade but its just a matt shade and i wanted to try something abit differenet with some shimmer in it. Ive been looking into the Benefit blushers and i found out that they have a new one coming out which alot of people are raving about so I'm going to wait for that one, I also looked at Nars and Mac. I had a No7 voucher so I had a little browse in Boots and came across this, I intended on buying the BB cream but when i saw this i just wanted to try it.

The consistansy is really nice and it lasts all day. Its really nice that you get a brush with it and its a nice brush. It applys quite light but builds up really easily which is great because i like to build up my blusher but some people like it more faint. It does look really PINK in the pot but its a nice natural colour on the skin as you can see from my swatch, (one layer). I think No7 is a really nice drug store brand, Its not too expensive so you dont feel guilty. you get a nice quality product for your money, you dont have to spend £2o odd to get nice makeup. The packaging as with most No7 products is great quality, its black and a really nice shiny material.

For £9.oo or £4.oo if you have a No7 voucher this is a great buy! I will use this blusher again and again. I like the quality and you get loadss! its 4g and minerals last ages anyway. its a nice colour and looks great even if you apply a small amount. i apply a loose powder over my blush so it makes it more faint and it looks really natual. I would reccommend to EVERYONE!

have you used this blusher? or are you going to try it?
what are you going to buy with your No7 Vouchers?
