PRETTY YOUNG THING

I picked these bathbombs up at The custard cream event at the custard factory last week and I really couldn't wait to use them. I've actually used both of my bath bombs already :( and I love them and couldn't wait to let you guys know what I thought! 

Firstly ! How cute do they look ? I posted a picture of my green one (lime ) on instagram and people thought they were real cupcakes because they do look very tasty! I love the little paper-cases and I think the design of the Soapy Jones cards and stickers are lovely and very professional. 

These bath bombs are actually very different to ones i've used previously. The base section is the actual bath bomb which fizzes away when you put it in water and then the top section is a bath melt, which melts away in your bath or you can melt it into your hands but its filled with lovely moisturising cocoa butter leaving your skin soft and smelling great!

I think these are lovely products and would be great as presents! I paid £3 for two at the vintage fair but they retail at £4.95 each on the website but I think they are defiantly worth it because they are huge ! and handmade - I would prefer to buy of these than a similar product from LUSH because I love how individual and special these are because they are handmade by someone who lives here in the west midlands :) 

To use take out of the paper case, remove the top and crumble it under running water then drop the base into your warm bath.

I haven't used my soaps yet but i'm really excited about trying them out because I am a fan of handmade soaps :)

 I've always wanted to try Red Velvet Cupcakes so I picked up this mix (I know I cheated) and made some cupcakes. I just followed the recipe as it says on the box but baked them in paper cases instead of cake tins and cooked for 25 mins.
The Cream Cheese style icing comes separately and you don't get any icing mix with the cake mix or any paper cases!
The cake mix and cream cheese icing cost me about £5 and I made 12 Cupcakes.
They were lovely the sponge was perfect and so bouncy and really tasty! The cream cheese icing was lovely and didn't make me feel sick and wasn't too sweet! My dad loved them too!
Me and dan sat there eating them all, I would defiantly recommend this mix if you want to try out the Red Velvet cakes

I mentioned the other day in my Valentines Day Post that Daniel was buying me a MAC lipstick :) Well he bought me two :) He got me Angel and Creme D'Nude. I love them both so much and then I got another two MAC lippies in a blog sale for £5 each = Bargainn! so now I have 4 Mac lipsticks YAY !

I heard loads of things about the launch of LOreal's CC creams so I was really excited when I spotted this in Superdrug the other day. They only had the Anti-fatigue one left and this probably would have been the one I chose. The others are anti-dullness and anti-redness, and I think I might try these out.

I don't really know what to think about the Anti-Fatigue because its really really orange. If you look at my hand where i've rubbed it into my face its like fake tan. I had a mark around the top of my head even though I had rubbed it in, I looked so orange (like an umpalumpa) and I couldn't leave the house with just this on. I decided to apply my foundation on top of the cream and fix any ORANGE bits and I liked the outcome. My skin looked good and it created a nice base for my foundation and I felt my skin was glowing and awake which is the idea behind the product but I felt abit self-concious about the orange-ness!

I have been using this under my foundation and I think it works well because I use powder foundation so it mattes the cream- I think using this product and then applying a translucent powder may work well however this cream didn't do anything for me alone and I wouldn't recommend it as a foundation. The packaging states 'transform into foundation on application weightless bare skin sensation' I don't agree with this. You can definatly feel it on your face and I couldn't use it as a foundation.

I do like this product and think its works when I'm wearing foundation on top. I may consider trying the others as they are lilac and green colouring and I doubt they would create this orange tone

I love the Lumi-magique primer from Loreal so really had high hopes for this but I wasn't really impressed :( and I wouldn't buy it again
