LIFESTYLE: PAWSOME BOX REVIEW

I know I know Christmas is over but I wanted to share this Animal subscription box with you and this just happened to be the Festive December box.

Each box contains 6 quality products fitted to your dogs profile.
You pick what size your dog is and they deliver treats to your door.

Each box has a selection of treats, toys and dental products.

You pay £19.90 a month and get a whole box full of goodies!

In Bens Box we got :
2 Christmas toys, 1 soft santa with squeak and rubber penguin with squeak
Some Iams Beef and Apple Snacks which are low fat and gluten free and contain essential vitamins
Some Plouf universal shampoo
Premio Trixie Rice Chicken Balls
And some Poo Bags which are festive colours

Which I think is a great selection of products for under £20 you would pay £10+ for just the two toys alone. The shampoo is about £6 a bottle so you can see you are getting a good price.

The toys are the perfect size for ben, he's a small westie but is really strong, they have a tiny dog option so if your dog is weak i'd say to go for this option as the rubber penguin may be too heavy for
a little or weak dog. The santa one was light, they both have squeaks which Ben loves!

He really liked the Iams treats, he likes little treats like this that are easy to chew. The Chicken and Rice balls seemed abit hard and Ben wasn't sure but he ate them which is good.

The Shampoo has grape extract so smells good which cleanses well and leaves the coat feeling soft.

The poo bags are a handy little addition too, they are one of those things you can forget to buy and run out of so it's handy to get them in the box.

You can order a Pawsome subscription for your own pet or you can order them as a gift for a friend with a new pet or maybe its a big birthday for your doggie friend.

I really like the subscription box and would really reccomend it to friends and family who have pets.

March Birchbox

Birchbox  costs £10 a month (+£2.95 p+p) *

Heres a little look at what I got in this months Birchbox, for those of you know read regularly will know I won a three month subscription so I haven't actually paid for this box. This is my final box.

Laura Geller – Inkwell Waterproof Gel Liner – Full size price: £24.50

I'm quite excited to try this out as I haven't used a Gel Liner before. I have seen them but it's something thats never really appealed to me before. I like the Laura Geller brand and hadn't heard of it until recently - They were at the QVC beauty bash and sell products on QVC. They actually sell a Duo for £24.25 if your interested in buying this. I was really impressed that its black aswell because normally you get sent random colours.

Molton Brown – Valbonne Fragrance Full size: £65 (50ml)

I'm not a fan of fragrance samples because I don't ever like them and I just don't use them ! This isn't nice - its not something i'd purchase

RMK – Cleansing Balm Full Size: £29 for 100g

I love cleansing balms so was really excited about this product - abit gutted that its smells like rose but I will definatly be using this and will let you know how I get on - I think the sample is a very decent size too!

La Sultane De Sabba – Body Lotion with Argan Oil Full Size: 26.50

This smells lush ! It's a nice size and I'm not normally a fan of lotions or bath products in sample boxes because I seem to build up a collection of samples that I just don't use but this smells really nice and I will be using this.

Yu-Be Moisturizing Skin Cream Full Size: £19.50 2.75oz (around 78g)

I'm excited to try this out ! I haven't used any products from the Yu-Be range. I think this looks good but i'm abit gutted with the tiny sample

Sanctuary – 30 Day Thermal Transformation Mask Full Size: £27.50

I've tried this before and really liked using it ! I'm really gutted because in the Birchbox you got this or a beauty blender and I would have prefered a beauty blender :( but oh well I suppose thats the thing about beauty boxes

Lindt – Heart tin filled with Chocolate Truffles Full Size: £2.99

AHHH ! I've given up chocolate for lent so when I got this I was like NOOO but I haven't eaten them and they will be a lovely treat for when I can eat chocolate again.

Overall I think this is a good box ! Theres a good range of products and sizes ! I'm gutted that I didn't get the beauty blender. I like this box and I've been happy with the products i've received from birchbox. theres been a few products in each box that i've liked :)

I think these sample boxes are great to get to know new brands and try products you don't want to fork out for and then not like them! I think they can be abit hit and miss with products. you can always wait for spoliers and then order a box depending on whats in it !

What's in My Birchbox ?

 Birchbox february 2013

This is my 2nd Birchbox, I won a three month subscription from shesaidbeauty.com :)

This months box includes :

Nick Chavez - Plump N Thick Leave in Thickening Mist // I wasn't very impressed with this item as I received KMS Add Volume in last months box and they are basically the same.

Korres Guava Shower Gel - I don't really like shower gel's in sample boxes but I was quite excited as I haven't tried any Korres products before and its Guava :) Normally you get rose products and i'm not a fan of rose.

Vichy Thermal Spa Water - Really excited to try this out. I've seen some similar products to this before and really couldn't justify the money but now I get to try it out in this box to see if i'm a fan or not !

Gerda Spillman Cream Foundation. - very excited to try this out but the shades a little too dark.

E-boost Natural energy booster - I won't try this

Birchbox Eyelash curler - I don't use eyelash curlers and wouldn't really class this as a sample

All of the beauty samples are great sizes and i've been very impressed with the sizes of the samples i've received from Birchbox so far !
