Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish Limited Edition

Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish Limited Edition - £19.75*- www.uk.lizearle.com

I'm a massive fan of Cleanse and Polish it's my go to cleanser. If i've got bad skin or if a different product is irritating my skin I always go back to Liz Earle. It's so gentle and full of naturally active ingredients.

I like to get most of my make up off before using it even though if you use it straight onto your make up it will remove it without much effort and it's sensitive on your eyes making it great when removing eye make up.

I'll use a cleansing milk or water to remove most of my make up and then follow with this. I apply and leave it on my skin for a good 10 minutes. Then I soak the muslin cloth and wring out the water. Place the muslin cloth onto the skin and then use it to remove any product. The cloth will pull out the dirt and any left over make up from the skin. Sometimes I like to repeat if i've been wearing a lot of make up or if I want a better clean.

When you've finished splash your face with cold water to close any pores.

Why not get yourself this lovely Limited Edition packaging for the Christmas Period?

OUTFIT POST: It's So Fluffy!

Jumper : The Ragged Priest // Skirt: Primark // Necklace: River Island

I went to the Clothes Show Live on Sunday with Emma and Shay and didn't really have a lot of money to spend with Christmas around the corner.

I did pick up this gorgeous jumper from The Ragged Priest which was an absolute bargain at £15. It's a lovely sweater-like design with this soft rough textured fur which I love. It's cropped so looks really cute with mini-skirts like this aztec patterned one from Primark which was only £10. I've popped on my chunky River Island necklace and I think this works really well.

I'll be doing a separate post about what  I bought at the clothes show and what I thought of the clothes show.

Lisa Shepherd #instaglam event

I was invited along to the Lisa Shepherd #instaglam event. It was a networking event hosted by the Lisa Shepherd salon in Birmingham.

On arrival we were greeted with lots choice of food and drinks, there was some very cute mini bottles of wine and some gorgeous cupcakes.

There was loads of treatments going on during the event. My mom had her hair done whilst I had a lovely massage from the ladies at Clarins. I then had my hair curled and my nails painted.
and my mom also had a massage. I had a more energetic massage whilst she had a relaxing massage.

It was a great night with loads going on and the opportunity to do some networking with other women that work within the industry and I got to chat to other bloggers.

It was a great evening and especially for those people that were going on nights out and to the German market it was great getting our hair, nails and a massage.

I had a wonderful evening and i'd love to thank Olivia and the team at Lisa Shepherd.

Lisa Shepherd Salon

I was very excited when I  received a lovely email from the gorgeous salon manager Olivia from Birmingham's Lisa Shepherd Salon inviting me to try out the Color Bar.

The L/S / Redken express colour bar is a really amazing idea. You can get your hair coloured in under an hour and if your hair isn't finished within an hour then you get your money back.

Theres a range of treatments available at the Colour Bar and at amazing prices.

The treatment I had is Catwalk Color which is what you would have if you wanted an ombre style. I had a more natural color on top and using a rough technique the colour was dragged down into the length of my hair. I really wanted a more natural hair colour and wanted it to appear more like my natural hair color.

I arrived at the Salon and was introduced to the lady who was going to do my treatment. We discussed what I wanted and the best route to take. We agreed on a treatment and she went off to mix my colour. She came back and applied the colour to my hair. I had to leave it on for 30 minutes and then she washed it out.

They have an area where you can use the hairdryers and straighteners so you can style your hair how you like it. I think this is a fabulous idea as I don't really like people touching my hair and it means that if your in a rush or if your just going to wash your hair when you get home you could maybe just dry it or even just leave it wet.

The Color Bar treatments are great for those quick touch up's and you should go into the Salon for some kind of consultation before you book as the Color Bar may not be the best treatment for you or you may need to have your treatment done in the Salon first and then you can use the Color Bar to keep on top of your colour.

I would definitely recommend the Color Bar if your after a quick fix say if you need to go in your lunch break or if you don't want to pay over the odds! I think the Root Rage treatment is such a bargain at £15 if like me you just like to colour your roots.

You can upgrade your treatment and get a blow dry included, so say your off on a night out and fancy being pampered.

I loved having my hair done and I will be going to have it maintained from now on.

* I was given the chance to have my hair treatment done for free. I want to ensure you guys that this review is my true thoughts on my treatment and I will be returning for further treatments that I will be paying for.

REVIEW: Iconemesis.co.uk phone case

Black Floral by Johanna Basford for Iphone 5/5s- £25.00*  - Iconemesis.co.uk

I was kindly sent this gorgeous phone case to review by Iconemesis.co.uk I was sent it awhile ago now maybe the beginning of october and it's been on my phone ever since. It's such a good quality phone case made from a really thick plastic. I'm one of those people who always always have a phone case of their phones just because i'm so clumsy and terrible at dropping my phone.

The pattern is so cute but classic, I really wanted a phone case that looks expensive and grown up and so this pattern is perfect. I chose the white and black because I have the white iphone and think it looks better.

The case has all the little holes so you can fit your earphones in and use your camera :)

It's £25 which is the same price of the phone cases in the apple shop and I think this ones such a better quality and you have so much choice when picking what pattern to have as they have some very lovely designs.

I will be buying another case from Iconemesis as this one's lasted me so long and I really love some of the designs they have online
